The space is equipped with blazing fast 500mbps interenet, an OLED TV with a complete Sonos surround sound system, Siri-enabled smart home functionality, in-unit washer and dryer, private balcony with a firepit, walk in closet, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. On top of that, enjoy access to 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a well-equipped gym all located on the property.

The bedroom has a king Tuft & Needle mattress, a private workspace that can double as a makeup station, a walk in closet, and balcony access. There is a ceiling fan along with a small portable fan on the nightstand for your comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with dishware, cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, as well as blender, toaster oven/air fryer, and kettle. There is also a workspace located in the kitchen with a printer.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled, featuring a dual vanity, shower and bathtub combo, and excellent water pressure.

GUEST ACCESS

The condo is located on the second floor accessible by stairs. Guests have access to the entire condo along with access to both of the communities resort-style pools, hot tubs, and gym. A key card is required to access the pools and gym.

Guests will have access to free parking in any non-covered spot in the community. Spots rarely fill up so parking should never be an issue.
