Family ski trip to Park City

Our family had a great stay at this house. Location was perfect for walking to town and restaurants. Check in was easy and we had no problems over the course of our stay plenty of room for our whole family!

This was a great property for my group of 12 adults. It’s an easy walk into town or a quick trolley ride if you don’t want to walk. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We had 10 girls in our group and honestly this was the perfect place. Plenty of space between the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Beds were all super comfortable which is not always the case. Beautiful home and great walking accessibility to downtown!! Highly recommend.

Great destination! perfect walking distance to main street, no matter the time of day! the walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper don't sleep downstairs. other than that, it was great. Jeff, the property manager, is awesome! super accommodating and always reachable.

Great location but...

This property was large and close to downtown - a huge plus. However, it was DIRTY! Bathrooms (yes, plural) had mold growing on the tile floor. In addition, place was infested with large black bugs - we literally killed 10-20 EACH DAY. Dishes in the cupboard still had food on them. Cleaning company should be fired - what are we paying for? Finally, ran out of paper towels and garbage bags for trash receptacles. I cannot recommend this place unless cleanliness doesn't bother you.

Rod, Kind of surprised by your review. I manage this property and 9 others in Park City. You mentioned nothing of cleaning as we spoke with you throughout the rental. We would have happily come and cleaned anything that was wrong. As for the tile, we found no mold on the floor. We did find some white snow melt that collects on grout in between tile floor from walkway which we try to keep free of ice. As for the other issues you mentioned, we are right here in town with a cleaning staff and Handyman. if you needed anything, wewould have happlily brought over any supplies and addressed any other house issues. FYI, there was extra paper towels and TP, plastic bags the in supply room beside laundry room on shelves. Sorry about these issues, just wish we had some feedback from you before posting a 2 star review as we could have remedied all this pretty easily. Anyway, we do appreciate your business and are sorry for any inconvenience.

Amazing property

So close to everything you want to do!!! The property easily accommodated our annual ski week and nightly cooking events. The property manager helped with every detail and was available during the week to support our every need. Five bedrooms came in handy with our expanding family and newlywed adult children. A perfect spot!

Ski weekend for family

Overall this location was really good and easy to get into town. We walked into town to get our skis and get to the lifts - easy walk downhill into town. Some of us took an uber back to the house after a day of skiing but it was really cheap (easier than walking!). House comfortably sleeps 11 adults in beds as the bunk room with trundle would be very tight for adults (probably fine for younger kids). Had a good time and would come back! Thanks for a great ski weekend.

Great location at the top of Main Street. Easy walk to the trolley to ski either Park City or Deer Valley and to walk into town for dinner. Gorgeous Place at the top of Main Street!

This was a lovely experience. The Chalet is very large with high ceilings with room for our large group. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the center of all the action on Main Street but we were nice and tucked away on a quiet dead-end street. All the bedding was fresh and new, the appliances were all brand new as well. The deck overlooks the top of Main Street and beautiful Daly Canyon. Washers and dryers were very nice and updated as well as all the amenities I would give this 5 stars.

Great place: roomy, close to everything, remodeled. Clean, well equipped and cozy.

This is a very Charming property at the top of Main Street. You can walk to everything but you are tucked away on a beautiful Dead End Street that leads up to the lifts at Deer Valley. The place is well furnished with plenty of room to spread out. Large living area, three floors and lots of beds for our full party. There is Great place walking distance to Main Street.. We would definitely stay here again.
