Nestled on over 12 acres in Palmer, Alaska, our property offers a serene one-bedroom en suite with access to a hot tub and pool, perfect for relaxation. You will also have access to a firepit area, firewood included, and a Traeger grill. The suite provides stunning views of the Matanuska Valley, Matanuska Mountain Range, and Pioneer Peak in the Chugach Mountains.

Whether you're attending a wedding or convention, or simply exploring the wonders of Alaska, our suite serves as an ideal base. We're conveniently located just 5 minutes from hiking trails and the Reindeer Farm, a 15-minute drive to Downtown Palmer, 20 minutes to Wasilla, and an hour's drive to Anchorage.

Please note there is construction on the property, but not in your suite and should not disturb your stay.

Wedding weekend get away

My wife and I had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and Neil was very hospitable. The hot tub and pool was a fun way to celebrate our wedding night. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The house is just like it’s listed. Beautiful view from the front porch. So quiet and peaceful and the bed is amazing !! Neal was easy to communication with I had no problems at all ! Highly recommend!!
