Example: King size bed in master bedroom installed Jan 2016 with "Saatva"/ Mattress firm Luxury mattress and box spring. Made especially for our guests in the USA. Best only for our clientel.

Security deposit is $400.00 that will be returned after inspection. Loud parties are direct violation of condo rules.

Note: Prime time holiday rentals do not allow extended days. That means if you need ten days of rent, you must purchase two weeks. Seven days Saturday to Saturday only during these periods of rental. This requirement is initiated because of our remaining days becoming a non rentable entity due to county/HOA set limits. We refer to this as mid week arrivals and departures.
