Monthly discounts available September to March excluding one week prior to Easter. Additional Days at $200 per day. This complex offers a great swimming pool and wonderful ocean breezes. No pets or smoking allowed in complex. Call for details and available weeks. Rental subject to Florida Sales tax and a one time charge for cleaning of $125.00. Departure on holidays will have a cleaning fee surcharge. Holidays are Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day. Security deposit is $400.00 that will be returned after inspection. Loud parties are direct violation of condo rules.

Note: Prime time holiday rentals do not allow extended days. That means if you need ten days of rent, you must purchase two weeks. Seven days Saturday to Saturday only during these periods of rental. This requirement is initiated because of our remaining days becoming a non rentable entity due to county/HOA set limits. We refer to this as mid week arrivals and departures.
