Renovated Spacious Bungalow
The home was easy to check in, located walking distance to Crosstown Concourse, and it was nice to have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large fenced backyard.
We really enjoyed the beautifully updated home. It was a great location for anyone participating in St Jude’s marathon weekend. Easy access to larger roads to get around the city.

Cute
This property is extremely cute. Home looks just like the pictures online. However this property has roaches. Alive and dead. It was evident the property was not cleaned before our check-in. Dead roaches in refrigerator and freezer. Stains around the toilet and showers full of hair. Dirty dish towel on sink that smells like mildew.
Awesome remodeled 3 bedroom with 2 bath close to everything. Beale Street only 5 minutes. Graceland about 10 minutes. Mudd island and Bass Pro Shop less than 10 minutes.
The first view opening the door i knew it was going to be a great place to stay. Very clean, roomy, home like, big bed rooms, spacious backyard. Beautiful house. April was very responsive and answered all my questions.
This house was in a very convenient location. It had the kitchen essentials we needed and the fenced backyard was perfect for our two dogs. The house was clean and was the perfect size for me, my husband, and two teenage boys.
We were in town for my daughter's wedding. It was a great home to spend time with family. The bedrooms are very big, the high ceilings make every room seem bigger and brighter. It was a great home to get ready for the wedding, including the bride. We enjoyed walkjng around the neighborhood and it was close to the park too.
The house was nice and had the cleaning people taken a bit more time to clean it would have made a huge differnce. the beds were comfortable and it was VERY nice to be able to use the washer and dryer in the house. You can see that improvements to the home have been done, which why it was such a disservice that the cleaning people hadn't done a better job before we checked in. Host was very quick to answer my messages and checked in on us while we were there. would stay here again.
This house is close to EVERYTHING. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with driveway and street parking. The home was very clean, perfectly renovated, wonderful open spaces, comfortable beds, privacy, and a great fenced in yard. We stayed three nights and saw all the sights. This was our kids first visit to Memphis and they can’t wait to come back. Our host April was very easy to communicate with and we did not have any issues with any stage of our visit. We would stay here again without hesitation.
The property is as described in the description. It could be a little misleading as far as the neighborhood. The neighborhood around is a little rundown but overall we felt safe and had no issues. When we arrived the town was having power issues. The host was quick to respond and let me know it was a town issue and not just a house issue and referred me to an outage map to keep track of when the power would come back on. There was a bug issue in the kitchen and the host was quick to respond but didn’t offer any solutions. My husband found some bug killer under the sink and sprayed the kitchen and that seemed to take care of it. The only seating in the living room is a small sectional which worked for us since there was only 3 of us. The dining room table is a really good size with plenty of chairs. The kitchen could definitely be a little better equipped. It didn’t have the basics like salt and pepper. The sugar and coffee that were left there were not any good anymore and should probably have been thrown out. Could also use some more cooking utensils and mixing bowls but we made do with what we had. The beds are also just not very comfy at all. They aren’t very sturdy either. The overall cleanliness left a little to be desired as the bench seat by the window was dirty and the dining room light was a bit dirty also. It was a good property and worked for what we needed but overall I don’t think we would stay here again.

Disappointing
The online description of the house did not match the house itself. The house needed a thorough cleaning and the bedding was dirty. I arrived late at night and had to strip the bedding and wash the bedding the next morning. Not exactly my idea of being on vacation. The house was pretty empty. no dressers to put clothing in so we felt like squatters laying our clothing on the floor. The kitchen was lacking in pots, glasses, etc. We were planning on eating a few meals at the house instead of going out each night but the lack of supplies made that challenging. We cooked pasta only to discover that there was no colander to drain the pasta. The outdoor furniture was flithy-no way to sit outside- and the grill was unusable. We contacted the property manager to request an early departure but she was unable to so so without the homeowner's ok. We heard back from her the day before we were leaving and she told us the owner said we could leave early. Why would we do that on the last day?! Not the fault of the manager but the neighbor's dog was let outside in the early morning and stood in the back yard barking for hours. I would not return to this property in the future.
In general, the overall experience was fine. The location is good for splitting activities downtime and out by the zoo. The neighborhood isn't the best, but we felt safe. The house is a good size for a family of 4. The kitchen was lacking in some cookware, like mixing bowls, measuring cups and matches, and there were small maintenance issues that were not a big deal. The fenced in yard was nice for the dog.
Great central location to everything. The backyard was great for the dog. It was just me staying but would've been perfect for a bigger group. Communication with the host was so easy. Enjoyed my stay.
Very nice property. Everything appeared to be freshly renovated and had all of the amenities of home. Close proximity to the Memphis Zoo and Crosstown Concourse. I would definitely recommend this property to families and those with pets who are interested in staying in the area.
