* Private pool (pool heater is available by advanced request for an extra fee, please inquire).

* 2 Smart TV's with basic cable (sign on to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc)
* 300 Mbps Wifi.
* Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking necessities.
* Gas BBQ grill.
* Garage game room with air Hockey, foosball, basketball, ping pong, and Pac Man (this area is not temperature controlled).
