Come out of the city & relax in this quiet country neighborhood. Newly built 3 bedroom cabins, 2 baths, near Sardis Lake. Sleeps 6. Plentiful parking and a charging station for your boat. For your convenience we offer a fish/game cleaning station on property. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans. Enjoy a day at the lake or a day at the Grove for an Ole Miss Event. The infamous Como Steakhouse is approx 7 miles up the road in Como. Approx . 45 mi to Tunica. 19 mi to the edge of Oxford. Out of respect for our property and our neighbors, We do NOT allow parties and charges will be imposed for more guests than registered at booking.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all garbage in a garbage can. Clean all dirty dishes. They may be left out so cleaning crew may put them away in proper places.
Wednesday morning trash collected at street if applicable to stay.
No parties or gatherings allowed. Violators will be removed. Quiet time 10pm-6am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is plenty of parking on concrete as to be mindful not to block driveway access for neighbors behind us.
No party’s. Outdoor security cameras present.
Any outdoor amenities you use your responsible to clean. Our cleaning staff does not tend to grill or cleaning station.
