THE SPACE:
As you make your way into Spruce Peak Chalet, you'll be greeted by the grand view of the floor to ceiling windows. What a site to see! Looking back from the entryway, you'll appreciate the unobstructed view of the famous Mt. Abrahm (only a 10 minute drive away!). Entering through the first floor ski room, you'll be greeted by the first floor living space. An oversized couch and streaming HDTV is at the ready for you to cozy up and take a load off. Off in the distance, you'll enjoy the spectacular mountain views, from the comfort of the couch! A videogame station is located adjacent to the couch, and the bar area is primed for you to enjoy a good time!

On the first floor, the kiddos can claim their sleeping space in the themed bunk room and enjoy the games and activities stored in the closet under the stairs! A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower is also available for your use on this floor.

As you make your way up the stairs, you'll be in awww with the open floor plan. The kitchen, dining space, and great room combine for an ultraprime living experience, surrounded by mountain views. The floor to ceiling windows illustrate the grand nature sights that you've been waiting so long to enjoy!

A fully stocked kitchen is primed and ready for the voluntary chef of the group and with enough seating for everyone, amazing memories are to be created and cherished! This is truly a special space and for an added touch of ambiance, switch on the gas fireplace, or stream your favorite shows from the TV!

From this level you can enjoy an easy walk out to the deck to enjoy the views, grill a special meal on the gas grill, or slide into the hot tub to rejuvenate the mind and body.

The master bedroom can be accessed from the first floor, equipped with a queen bed, large HD streaming TV and a full ensuite bathroom.

Making your way up to the third floor, you'll find matching bedrooms, each with a queen bed and direct (full) bathroom access along with a remote workstation in case you need to plug in and a pack n play for the kiddos!

While up on the third floor, be sure to peek through the telescope towards Mt. Abrahm's ski slopes!


ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE

- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance

- Guests must e-sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement and must complete the Safely Stay guest screening email in order to receive the access codes to the property.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- Maximum 2 dogs and must have approval first (there are 14 restricted breeds - please inquire)

The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the driveway. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $200 pet fee.
