Wonderful and relaxing house

Absolutely an amazing place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Reno. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Reno Vacation

Marbella Lane was a great spot for our family vacation to Reno. Comfortably accommodated six adults with plenty of space for gathering. Location was great for easy access to Carson City, Lake Tahoe and Reno.

Very Nice Ranch Property

The home is as like all other reviews have mentioned. Very good for families, especially w/ little kids who need crib/playpen space as there's a lot of room in both living rooms for such things.

This house has it all; enough room and beds for my family of 4, my sister- in-law's family of 4 and my MIL. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, but close enough to plenty of restaurants, if you want to eat out every meal. We skied and snowmobiled in Tahoe three days. It's so easy to hop across the state line to California. I would absolutely stay again!wouagain!!tdasnpwmobIiked

Wedding Retreat

My daughter and now son-in-law stayed at this property with their wedding party for their wedding weekend. The home offered everything they needed to relax and truly enjoy this special time with their closest friends. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

Great Property

There were 6 of us that stayed in this property to attend my son's wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone. It never seemed crowded at all. The property was extremely clean. The pictures on-line were accurate. The house was in a very nice location and a quiet neighborhood. It was located close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also it was not far from the airport which helped shuttling our guests back and forth. We would definitely stay there again if we had a large group of people.

Family Reunion

Absolutely Lovely! Beautiful open floor plan. Clean, Comfy beds, all the amenities. Gorgeous outdoor space.AC in the second floor, unable to figure out AC for ground floor. Fortunately, the heat was not above average while we were there. Very easy to find location & centrally located to shopping and freeways. We had the most enjoyable time here. THANK YOU! WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER IN 20 YEARS of renting VRBO properties. I have never had to write a review like this.This property is non-compliant with basic VRBO policies, like providing a safe home with locks on all doors. It is out right negligent when it comes to safety. Two main downstairs doors in the kitchen did not have locks. One French door you could just push open, not to mention the cold air that came through the hole in the door. The whole reason I booked this home was for my 4 grandchildren in the bunkbed kids room, which is downstairs. All adult bedrooms are upstairs with no NO LOCKS to secure the home downstairs where the children sleep. My son arrived the second night and rigged an extension cord from the kitchen door handle to a drawer, just to provide some type of safety. I made numerous calls to the property management who kept telling me through texts that the problem would be resolved by sending a locksmith over; however that never happened during our entire stay. Also, I believe the management company is not even from Reno. They would never make a direct phone call to me or send someone over to address the problems (also issues with the heating system that had faulty remotes that did not work). The only way they would communicate is through text messages.The management company first offered a 5% discount, but I insisted on 10% at the very least, which also required numerous texts from me and is still not resolved.

Careful about staying in the winter

We did enjoy this home. The overall experience was decent. Be careful if staying in the cold weather, each night the toilet in the primary bedroom froze. It was useless. We reached out to the host and they did nothing to help with the situation, they told us to open the valve (it was obviously open). Know that if it’s below freezing, you might have only 2 bathrooms instead of three. For our party, that was a big deal, especially considering it was a senior couple staying in that room with a non-working bathroom. The host offered a 50 Starbucks card, which I felt was very underwhelming. Also, be prepared to be peppered with questions asking for your personal picture as well before check in. It was the most information ever needed to stay in a rental house I have experienced.

Nice Property

This was a beautiful property, in a good neighborhood. Very peaceful. Check-in process was frustrating. The night before we were supposed to check in, I got a message that I would receive an email with the codes. By the next morning it still hadn’t come through, so I messaged the PM. They replied asking for a photo of my ID and credit card. That was frustrating because we were trying to leave and they could have asked for that the day or two before. Cleanliness…. The property needs a deep clean. Lots of dust, hard water on the master shower, and the previous tenants must have had long black curly hair, because it was everywhere. Other than that the property was clean and my family enjoyed it.
