Step into a world of rustic elegance as you enter our thoughtfully designed cabin. The wood interior, adorned with tasteful decor, creates an inviting ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. Please be aware that our home is an older house, with plenty of character and charm, but it's not a brand-new hotel. You might notice a few little imperfections here and there - a creaky floorboard, a slight tear on the couch, or a small scratch on the wall. We hope you'll find these tiny quirks add to the home's charm and make your stay feel all the more cozy and authentic.

Air condition was in working order, but we were confused with the note that it is not working and we have to use space hitters. When we try space hitters it was not working , but air conditioner was . Kitchen has everything we need. Rooms were clean.

Nicely decorated and stocked cabin. It has a bi-level living /dining room. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Check in was easy. Some minor maintenance is needed and road going in is very rough with pot holes. Neighbors are close and not so quiet during our stay. Overall it was sufficient for our needs and location was convenient.

Property was as described and owner was very sweet. Parking is VERY tight for more than one car and the neighbors were clearly annoyed about having a rental nearby. Worked well for what we needed (family trip to Legoland) once we got inside!

It's a very cute cottage and it fit our needs. The road getting there was quite rough, our van scraped on the bottom a few times, but the property itself was great. And she was a very attentive host, she replied right away when we had questions.Thank you very much!

Clean and cozy. Some suggestions. Since only one bathroom put mirrors in loft and bunk room for makeup and hair. Loft pillows had pillow shams. Would prefer pillows cases to sleep on. It was raining so did not use fire pit, but if did firewood supplied or option to purchase would be nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Very cute cabin

We were welcomed with a very comfortable and cute cabin, out in the country and private. As we enjoyed the Sauna we got to see deer. Our host was very helpful and even had a welcoming gift for us! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute rustic cabin

We had a peaceful stay here while we were in town for a few days.The cabin was very cute, clean, and the neighborhood/ neighbors were very quiet. The steps into the bathroom and bedroom were illuminated and the upstairs loft was a cool getaway for our teenager.Recommend taking a bigger vehicle that can take a rough gravel road.

Quiet getaway

Lovely little cabin in a quiet area but not far away from everything. Weather didn’t let us enjoy the fire pit or sauna but rest of the cabin was great for the rainy days.

The own was very nice. Everytime I emailed they responded quickly, even at 10:00 pm. It was a cozy cabin. The bunk bed not really for adults. The headroom for the bottom bunk was very low. Not enough space for my son. He’s 4 feet 11inches. It an older cabin very homey. We did enjoy our stay. The road to get there had many potholes. We were driving a van and did hit bottom even though we were driving very slow and careful. SUV would have been better.

Relaxing Cabin Stay Visiting West Point

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute cabin. It was very clean and as advertised. The host was great and very responsive. My wife enjoyed the sauna and we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to rain.

This cabin was so cozy, the property itself is wonderful, the lottle porch was grwat having coffee, there is a larger deck for eating and lounging. Every little detail is really covered. Excellent stay. We will be back!!

Charming Cabin

We enjoyed our short stay at this comfy little cabin! It’s cozy and has a “lived-in” feel—definitely a bit worn, but still charming and functional. The outdoor space is the real highlight: the deck, fire pit, and sauna were perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location near wineries and some beautiful hikes.Just a heads-up: the cabin is at the end of a pretty rough dirt road, so be prepared for a bumpy ride in. It feels nicely tucked away, but it’s not completely isolated—there are neighbors close by on all sides. Overall, a great spot for a quick getaway!

The house was very clean and as advertised. The sauna was nice and all essential kitchen supplies were there. The rooms were a little dark due to all the wood paneling, but this could be resolved with brighter lights.

Great Cabin

The cabin, the property in and out is beautiful and cozy. The only problem is the road at Higgins Trail is an open road , many potholes and stones so that is a problem getting in and out if you need to go out a few times in a day.

Authentic Rustic Cabin

Visiting my son at USMA and wanted to stay outside the normal West Point area. 25 minute BEAUTIFUL drive from the academy on winding mountain roads. The cabin is an authentic rustic cabin with everything you need. The sauna was very nice too. Fast and responsive host. A great value!

Cozy Weekend Getaway

First, the host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond and accommodating. Now the cabin, it was a dream! The firepit added such a cozy touch, perfect for the chilly nights. The sauna was an extra which enhanced our cabin experience. The cabin is nicely decorated with a rustic appeal. We can’t wait to come back!
