Situated on a secluded 2-1/2 ac wooded site, it is a retreat within the city.

The property is one of the best we have ever stayed at. It has everything you can imagine. Including a great CD collection.

I'm from Valley City OH & my wife is from Caldwell, OH. We have lived in Medina at this property for 38 years but now spend most our time in Summerville, SC.

Why they chose this property

We love this property and the Medina area. When were home we walk to the coffee shops, restaurants and the Square. So much to do right here in Medina. Then there's Cleveland with the Rock-n-Roll HOF , museums, Guardians, Browns & Cavs. And the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton.
