Artist's Beach Retreat under the Oaks with Hot Tub near Mayo
Our comfortable home will have you relaxing. The back yard is peaceful, private and cool with shade from a mighty live oak tree.
Just a short bike ride to the beach, or a quick drive and miles of white beaches await in both directions.
The hot tub will massage you gently under the stars and the 85" 4k TV with You Tube TV and 300M fiber internet will keep you entertained.
Enjoy the sun, beach, golf, shopping and a peaceful retreat. Very comfortable home with big 58" Plasma TV, fast fiber 300M Internet and a large quiet deck with private hot tub in a shaded large backyard.
Mayo clinic is an 8-minute drive, 3 blocks to Baptist hospital, 5 minutes to beach free parking and 7 minutes' drive to 3 grocery stores, Target, and much more. Jacksonville Beach golf course is 8 blocks, with heaps of good restaurants. TPC Sawgrass is a 20-minute drive.
St Augustine is about an hour along Beach side A1A road through a reserve.
Daytona Beach is 2 hours south.
adventure landing is 0.5 miles away and offers go carts, mini golf, laser tag and arcade.
2 Beach cruiser bikes for your use in the garage, you can cruise the beach or first Street for all the sights.
Jax Beach has festivals most weekends.

Oak Trees dominate our neighborhood, with large lots, wide streets with neighbors for 25+ years. It's safe, quiet and friendly.
What makes this property unique
Comfortable and welcoming home with unique photography throughout by the owner. King size comfy bed and ensuite, queen bed with large shower and full bath. Large yard with huge live oak tree in back, shaded, private and peaceful. Hot tub under the trees with outside music. Office space with 300M fiber and 85" 4k TV with YouTube TV.
