A Tranquil Setting Only A Stone's Throw From All The Action! New 65" TV mounted

The perfect retreat after a hard day at work or at play. Just minutes from all of the razzle-dazzle that Las Vegas has to offer, this resort setting is the ideal place to return to. Float in the pool in summer, warm yourself by the fire in winter, or relax in the Jacuzzi any time of the year.

When you’re ready to paint the town red, you don’t have far to go. The Palms and the Rio are 5 minutes walk or one minute drive (see pics). The strip is only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Then come home, kick your shoes off and enjoy all the comforts of home--cable television, wifi, a well-stocked kitchen, your very own in-condo laundry room, and most importantly, brand new comfy beds. The décor is tasteful and soothing. The photographs don’t begin to do it justice. Secured parking is plentiful and free. You can park next to the condo. Visit our newly built exercise room.

Whether it is Outlet shopping, Golfing, Family entertainment, Gambling, Conventions, Fremont Street, site seeing or a conference, you'll find easy access from our condo.

For the not so fit, we're on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The host is great to work with and quick to respond. The place was super close to the strip, freeway and airport. It had all that you need for your stay. Three big bedrooms each had a tv, comfy beds, extra pillows and blankets, and fans for those that need white noise or extra air flow for sleeping. Nice and clean (unlike other family members experience in another unit in the complex). Could use a few more dish clothes/towels (only one tea towel) and maybe a little bit of TLC (broken / loose floor tiles), and the microwave and dishwasher were a little old. Outside of that I had no complaints. It was nice to come back and relax after long days at the drags. Definitely recommend staying here and would consider it again myself next time I’m there.

Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well.

Amazing host, amazing place, amazing experience in Vegas. This place was way cheaper than hotels and you get the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We didn't have a car while staying, but we could easily walk to Walgreens and restaurants in 5-10 minutes. Walked to the flamingo (center strip) in 30 minutes. Ride sharing is readily available this if you're not a walker. Plus taxis are everywhere. The condo has a little balcony to sit on outside and is spacious inside. There's cable if you're gonna hang out there. The washer and dryer inside the unit was super convenient. The gate has a security person at all times, so it felt very safe. The host was a quick to answer questions by message in the app. He was an excellent communicator too. Before arriving, we had all the information we needed to get in and access everything. I definitely would stay here again if I came back to Vegas.

The property was very nice. Everything was as advertised. The unit is on the 3rd floor which the owner told us about, but I did not find the stairs difficult. A very nice place to chill out in.

EDC weekend

Everything about this place was convenient. We stayed for EDC weekends. Matt did not price gauge this place at all. He did not cancel on us, and made it very easy to check in. I do wish it wasn’t on the third floor, but that’s me being overly exhausted from our weekend. The place has a balcony, 2 pools, a gym , and a spa. Matt is very generous with ensuring all the we were informed of all the amenities this place comes with. Thank you!

Decent place for the cost

Decent place for the price. Tile flooring needs repairs or replaced. Smoke detector battery was low and beeping. But the stay was good for our short trip.

The location is a 5 min ride from the Vegas strip, everything was super accessible in terms of things to do, shopping locations, swimming at the two pools available, etc. We got there right for 3pm and everything was clean! Check in was smooth, no concerns!

Great location! We walked to the 24 hour Walgreens for drinks & snacks. We walked to the Rio, twice! We saw Penn & Teller make an elegant disappear and had a $$ breakfast. Friends drove us the the Strip to explore at see a concert. It was nice to get back to a quiet place after Vegas sensory overload.

Convenient location near the Strip. The condo had everything we needed. The larger pool was closed, but the smaller is quite nice. The fitness center is excellent. We had wifi problems 3 of the 5 days we were there. It just kept going in and out.

Convenience is the name of the game at this property.

We enjoyed our stay in Vegas as this property is so convenient to everything Vegas. Close to casinos, shopping, and restaurants- we didn't miss out on anything. We recommend going to Dean's Place for Italian and Metro Pizza for pizza. Both were easy to get a table for the 6 of us with no wait time. Mike was a great host.

Excellent Condo!

Keurig, Normal coffee pot, cold a/c, and one of the best showers I've ever had! It was like standing under a hot waterfall! We walked everywhere, safe sidewalks over the highway to the strip - maybe 1/2 mile or so to Caesars.
