The water offers so much fun for everybody while there are many restaurants and activities in the immediate area. The villa has is fully equipped for your stay with a Roku TV, free WiFi, additional TV in the master, wood floors downstairs, open kitchen and a dining area flows over from the kitchen to the living room. Powder room downstairs! Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master with bathroom (shower, dual sinks and toilet), the other two rooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. It has a garage and you can park one smaller car in the garage and a larger fits on the driveway. This home has a boat slip for rent. There is a boat ramp for launching. The community offers a decent size swimming pool and a newly resurfaced tennis court. This villa sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. This resort is located on a man-made canal, with direct access to the Homosassa River and the Gulf of Mexico. Spend a wonderful water-fun time with us: fishing, dolphin watching, kayaking, jet skies, pontoon boat rides or swimming! Just 1.5 mile back on the road is the Elly Schiller Wildlife Park with Florida Native animals except for the hippopotamus who was an actor in Hollywood and is now retiring in Florida. Close by are the Three Sister Springs, swim with the manatees or float on a tube and enjoy the mild weather.
The boat slip is additional; rent is $40 per day. Scallop Season is always very in demand so book on time!
