Relax, reconnect, & enjoy Lake Koocanusa and nearby trails with family & friends at our Perfect Lake Loft. Our 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom carriage house is located in Rexford, Montana. Enjoy the spacious yard & patio with BBQ/Smoker, fire pit & hammock. Spend the day playing in the private cove, swimming, fishing, and lake activities. Walk to Abayance Bay Marina for a beverage, or appetizer. Complete with a full kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer in-suite. Free parking. Late check-out or early check-in upon request.

Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am. Close and lock all doors and windows when you leave. Please take your shoes off inside. Keep pets off furniture.

I love Montana. It's a diamond in the rough with stunning lakes and mountains. Our vacation home offers exclusive access to a beautiful cove on Lake Koocanusa and proximity to walking & hiking trails.
