The house is quant and had everything we needed. It was great to have the hot tub available and other entertainments! Very nicely located with easy access to everything but not in a busy location. Beds were comfortable, decor was very nice, well stocked. Overall a great stay!
Great location in the KC northland with easy access to downtown, the airport, and other attractions. Held 3 generations plus pups visiting KC for thanksgiving. Host was responsive and friendly with timely communication and easy check-in.
This home was perfect for our 3 generations of family to enjoy a long weekend together. Well appointed, clean, quiet neighborhood, and an easy drive to everything. The nice deck, the hot tub and the games downstairs were a hit for all ages. Would stay again for sure!!
Very nice home in a great location. Home is also well stocked with amenities. My kids loved the basement area with the included games. Neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for my family.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
There were dead bugs. Found live wasps and dead wasps in the house. Towels under the sink in the bathroom were wet. Shower surround was not clean. Hot tub was not warm and unable to make warmer. Shower curtain fell while taking a shower. Limited seating around the tv. And not allowed to move any furniture seems a little unreasonable to not move a chair for more people to gather

This guest never communicated any issues to us or even responded once. More so, guests are welcome to move chairs. We have had guest move large pieces of furniture and damage the floor and walls. Again, a simple message asking if chairs could be moved would have confirmed that they can be. Instead they preferred to stay silent and then leave a bad review.
Property was perfect for our family. Close to our Son in Riverside and all activities we had planned. House was clean and organized, close to a great grocery store. Will definitely stay again
The house itself is a little dated, but the amenities were great. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen cookware and utensils were stocked better than any other place I’ve stayed. It worked out great for our group of 4 on a worker trip, as we each had our own space and bedroom.
Very quiet and close to a cute little “mountain” style town! House slept 10 perfectly and had everything we needed! Hot tub was great after a long day of walking! Would stay here again!
Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, adorable decorations, nice bedding, quiet neighborhood, good towels, secluded yard, and well stocked kitchen. It all felt thoughtful and intentional for guests. We enjoyed the cornhole game, the hot tub, looking through the books, and sitting on the deck. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!
The host was very communicative and friendly. The home itself had everything you could possibly need as a “home away from home” and the location was great for our personal itinerary that weekend. Our main reason for giving a low rating is the price. We found it to be too high for the actual quality of the home. It’s an older home. Drywall was cracked, carpets and tub stained. We enjoyed the hot tub, though that addition section of the house was so cold to walk by! Overall it was a pleasant stay, we just felt it to be way overpriced.

This might be the most absurd and outlandish review. Jessica paid less than $200 a night for a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that sleeps 10, with a hot tub, and brought her dog. If you want a slum hotel, you could have rented one for $100 a night. I think by "addition" you meant the part by the deck that has a secondary heating and cooling unit, which you didn't use. We have never had anyone complain about the price; we purposely keep our home affordable to welcome large families and pet owners. Some people are just never happy.
Jennifer was nice, communicated well. She notified us on the way a dog was coming, instead of booking and paying up front. The dog had two accidents in the house and one was not cleaned up. We allowed a four hour early check in and she checked out late. Did not start any laundry or dishes. Would not rent to her again for failure to follow house rules.
House was in a great location for us and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well cared for. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay.
The house was just as described and the host, Daniel was great. Location was perfect. We were able to get to all areas of KC with ease. Basement was a great place to watch football. Would definitely stay again.
Every room in the house was very clean! We did not have time to use the hot tub. The set up is very nice and the bathrooms were plentiful. My husband left his slippers in the closet and I contacted the host and he took care of it immediately. The host is extremely responsive and very prompt. The backyard is beautiful with many trees. So if you want a quiet, nice place to be this is the place.
We had a group of 10 ladies for a little getaway. It was comfortable for us however we couldn't use the basement. It was freezing cold even with the space heater. There were some concerns with the amount of bugs in the traps as well. Just a group of 50 ladies scared of bugs in the dark! Location is great and easy to get anywhere around KC. House was cute and had most of what we needed. Plenty of parking (we had 5 cars). There is a noise level alarm and I will say it went off when we weren't being loud. We were playing board games and laughing and it sent multiple texts.

I wish Michelle had messaged me about the basement or read the house book. You can open more vents in the basement for additional heat. Also, this house is secluded, with plenty of privacy, surrounded by woods. We naturally get pests from the woods, but that is what the traps are for, and it has never been an issue prior.
