About this property

Breathtaking view, waterfront, pool, and river veiw, a home in the urban center of a globally iconic city. The unit is newly furnished, and the bathroom has been renovated. The location is excellent, safe, and within walking distance of many iconic and great restaurants, rooftop bars with phenomenal skyline views, and great shops. Fifteen minutes drive from Miami airport, and 12 minutes drive to Miami beach. We will provide you with a parking pass so you won't be worried about parking your car.

The condo is located on 46 floors and has all you need for long-term or short-term vacations. A bedroom with a CK bed facing the ocean and the skyline with electric blinds, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom. An open Living room space with a sofa bed, work desk, and modern dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the coffee capsules and coffee machine will be a nice treat to start your mornings—brand new Dryer machine and washing machine in the unit with significant and compact ironing board corner. Also, we provide dish soap and laundry detergents for the first few days.

In addition, one of the best Spa in Brickell, Gym, and the infinity rooftop pool on the 15th floor will be part of the Amenities we provide and included with your nightly price.

Simply Fantastic!

The apt was even better than expected. The location was excellent for exploring Miami. And what a view! Based off the pictures we thought it would be quite nice, but it was a very nice surprise to have our expectations exceeded. Also, the amenities did the same. What an enjoyable experience. Last, but not least, the host was very welcoming and detail oriented. Great communication through-out!

Miami Adventure

Absolutely perfect! Impeccably clean and comfortable. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. We’ve stayed in this particular building 5 times this year and this by far was the best experience. Parking pass was included which made this unit even better. It’s exactly as fabulous as the pictures made it.
