Charming for UNC visit

Historic and charming 2nd floor apartment with quaint touches, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtfully decorated with mid century furnishings located above the wonderful local coffee shop. Came to visit Univ of Northern Co and explore Greeley. Perfect location for a UNC visit. Plenty of street parking outside the front door. Coffee starts brewing early downstairs. There isn't an elevator up to the apartment so don't overpack. Owners very responsive and reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Glad we chose this unique spot and not a boring hotel room.
