The apartment was amazing and comfortable. The only problem is the elevators. We waited for about 45 minutes at 10 AM one morning and all the elevators were full going down so we decided to take an elevator to go up all the way to 45 and then come down.I think it was a combination of spring break and people checking out and also that there are only four elevators servicing 40 floors
Was a very great place with lots to do and great service by all employees. Pool bar was great, the pool was amazing, the views were awesome, and the room was very clean and modern, the beds were comfortable. Only bad thing the whole trip was the excessive waits for the elevators as it was very busy during spring break, but that wasn’t enough to drop my rating of my stay. Great hotel, great vacation, great staff!
The listing was very accurate. Lovely view of the ocean and bay. Everyone in the building was super friendly. The pool was great, lots of spaces to sit and lounge. Lots of great amenities. It's valet parking, but getting the car out is super easy. To really enjoy the area, you do need a car.

The room itself was great. The view was absolutely awesome and was easily the highlight of the stay.Unfortunately, the elevator situation was extremely frustrating and really impacted the experience. Wait times were consistently 5–10 minutes, and the system design made things worse. To select your floor you have to push through a crowded elevator just to swipe your key card, which felt poorly thought out and inefficient. For a building this size, there simply don’t seem to be enough elevators to handle the number of guests.Right before checkout we were also locked out of our room with our dog still inside. Our key card continued to work for the elevator but not for the room door. The front desk made three separate replacement cards, sending us back up and down each time, before finally realizing the issue was likely the battery in the door’s card reader, not the cards themselves. Each of those trips meant another long elevator wait.At one point the wait became so long that I ended up taking the stairs instead.Overall, the room and view were excellent, but the elevator delays and access issues significantly detracted from the stay. Improving the elevator capacity and rethinking the card-swipe system would make a big difference for guests.

Good morning Dale,
We greatly appreciate your feedback. The issue with the elevators is already being addressed by management to find a way to improve the system's operation.
Best regards.

Disappointed
We enjoyed our stay however aspects were very problematic. Starting with the positives: the condo is clean and comfortable. The pools in the complex are lovely and the location is across the street from the beach which we enjoyed.Major limitations included: the lack of air conditioning in the unit from when we arrived until midnight four nights later. We messaged the host several times. The first time, somebody came to "fix" the air conditioning, however it was not fixed. I messaged the host again and was told that it was fixed. I was asked if I was leaving windows open. I was told that the prior guests did not mention this problem. Finally, at midnight on the fourth night, after multiple messages, somebody did come to fix the air conditioning. We had already gotten a hotel room elsewhere as it was too hot and humid to sleep in the condo without air conditioning. With each message to the host, there was several hours delay in response, sometimes responses were the following day. The problem was not resolved until days later.Another limitation is that the elevators are insufficient to serve the number of people who stay during the week we were there (between Christmas and New years). It is routinely half an hour wait and a long line for elevators. We were on the 14th floor and routinely resorted to walking.
