The cozy two bedroom was neat and clean. The neighborhood is not the best. The host is not concerned about guests. I don’t recommend Cozy two bedroom because the host allows family members to stop by randomly and use the washer and dryer in the basement. For me and my daughter it felt unsafe and uncomfortable having strange men on the property. The host does not advertise that the family members can access the property at will without prior notice. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the apartment clean and comfortable. We’re sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable during your stay. To clarify for future guests, the washer and dryer are located in a shared laundry area that is available to both the upper and lower units. The laundry is accessed through a separate basement entrance and is not part of the private living space of We understand that seeing others on the property unexpectedly may have been unsettling, and we’ll review our listing to ensure the shared laundry arrangement is described as clearly as possible. About the area this is a great area In Winston. We are close to the downtown and this is no where around the Hood. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

Perfect Spot

Had a track meet in Greensboro. This spot was perfect. Awesome new appliances. Great BBQ spots everywhere.

The check in process went well, we arrived before check in and the host allowed us to enter. The space is very spacious and looks just like the pictures. The space also appeared to be mostly clean except for a few spots in the bathroom and in one bedroom under the bed. I would recommend host to have a deeper and detailed clean done for a more comfortable stay. Also, one bedroom has a very hard bed to sleep on unfortunately, while the other room has a more comfortable one. Overall the stay was nice with minor issues

Very frustrating experience. The host forgot we were coming in despite multiple messages and a confirmation. So, at 11 PM, I was scrambling to find a hotel with my 75 year old disabled mother-in-law. Then, we spent 4 days in a hotel with no kitchen so spent even more money eating out.

We appreciated the opportunity to stay here, but there were several issues that affected our overall experience.The front bedroom is quite close to the road, and there was noticeable traffic noise at night, including cars, motorcycles, and trucks. In addition, there was intermittent noise from a neighboring vehicle early in the mornings.We also experienced some concerns with cleanliness and amenities. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower, and only two bath towels were provided for a three-night stay with two guests. Washcloths and additional toiletries were not available.There were also some noise disturbances from neighboring properties, including a barking dog and an early-morning rooster.Additionally, the refrigerator’s ice maker was not functioning during our stay, and we found the beds to be less comfortable than expected. The floors could have been cleaner upon arrival.Overall, while the property has potential, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

When I arrived the house had an awful odor. Once I located where the odor was coming from, which was the bedding in one of the rooms I immediately messaged the host. I also found an old sponge in the sink, a used tooth brush under the bathroom sink and a used bar of soap in the shower. The cabinets in both bathrooms and kitchen were very un kept. It took over 40 min for the host to respond to me about additional bedding. Which by then I had already booked a hotel in town as I did not feel comfortable staying in this home with my family for the weekend. With check in at 3:00 PM and I had been up since 3:30 am for my flight all I wanted was to get a quick nap and freshen up before heading to my daughter’s game. Once the host finally replied stating there was additional bedding in the basement (which looked very unsafe to enter the stair way), I notified him that I had booked a hotel and would not be staying in the home. He menioned he could have his house keeper come back and take care of it. However, after over looking the home and finding all the other additional I kept items I decided to keep my reservation at the hotel and ask for a refund. The neighborhood is very sketchy and run down. The host also stated this is his day to day home that he then rents out to guests. I am currently in the process of trying to retain my expense of renting this home. The host will not longer communicate and I have filed a complaint with VRBO.

House was extremely clean. It was in a pretty great neighborhood. Only thing is a description doesn’t let you know that there is another unit for rent downstairs. It may be updated by now but when originally booked it wasn’t there. Host was very good with communicating and apologize. I would recommend this house.
