This beautiful beach house is right across the neighborhood street just steps from the largest resort Pool on 30A. The Magnificent 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool just steps across from the house & has lounge chairs, bathrooms, Snack Bar, and Green Space For a Fabulous Day at the pool. Entertainment on certain nights over the summer as well as live music at peddlers pavilion just one block away. Sea la vie is 3 Blocks from the beach an easy walk but if you prefer not to walk we offer a COMPLIMENTARY BEACH TRAM, which picks up right next to our home and chauffeurs you back and forth to the beach. No worries about carrying beach chairs and toys they all fit in the back of the complimentary tram.
Old Southern Charm with Sea La Vie’s huge wrap-around porches on both levels of the home and they are spacious - both running the front & side of the house with access from every bedroom. The porches are furnished with rocking chairs, a round dining table w/chairs & Adirondack & Rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Beautifully furnished and professionally decorated, you will love this upscale vacation home in Seacrest Beach North. Only about 100 steps from your doorstep to the lagoon pool entrance!!

Sea La Vie has been updated in 2021 With New Living Room Furniture & Updated Baths for your enjoyment. In addition, the home has luxury towels and linens, luxury pillow-top mattresses, designer bedding, and upscale Casual Beachy furniture.
The following are a few more details about this beach house. Sea La Vie is on a large corner lot which is more private than many of the other homes. The home has 4 high definition flat screen LCD TV's. 2 Newly upgraded fiber optic cable and wifi with faster internet service.
The ground floor includes a spacious open floor plan with 12 ft ceilings throughout, with a living room, dining room, kitchen with granite countertops plus a guest bedroom wi/king bed. A bedroom entry/hallway full bath with tub/shower combo is also on the first floor. The first-floor guest bedroom and living area adjoin the wraparound porch. On the second floor, there is a large master suite with a king bed & adjoining bath with double vanity, tub with shower, & large separate shower w/ two shower heads. French doors adjoin the spacious wraparound balcony from the master suite. Another guest bedroom with a king bed is on the 2nd floor with private access to wrap around porch plus a bonus room considered a fourth bedroom area that has additional sleeping accommodations (two, 3-person bunk beds twin over full) and a flat-screen TV. A full bath with tub/shower combo adjoins the second-floor guest bedroom and bonus room/bunk room.

Take a pleasant stroll along the palm-lined boulevard to the beach 3 blocks away or ride the free shuttle service that will pick you up right at your home during peak season. Enjoy the nearby shops and Restaurants at Rosemary Beach, Aly’s Beach and the Village of South Walton right next door all within walking distance. Fantastic Property and close to everything

Our house was nicely decorated and the owner provided all the necessities including beach chairs, bikes, coolers and starter supplies. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great Spring Break!!

My kids have voted this the best house we have rented so far. The house offers privacy yet close to everything. No major issues experienced with the house. A minor issue was handled with lightening speed!!! Very pleased and we plan to return. All nearby restaurants (walking distance) were outstanding!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We made last minute fall break plans and found this great house in the Seacrest community. It’s a great location in the community. 3 blocks from beach and beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The tram stop is across the street from there house and the amazing pool area is less than a block away. There are several beach chairs as well as two boggie boards to use. The house is clean and nicely decorated.

Great location

We spent the Thanksgiving holidays at Sea La vie and had 6 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids, and a toddler. The house is large enough for 12, it was right across the street from the pool. The boys loved all of the tv channels so they could catch the football and basketball games going on that week! We loved biking to Rosemary and Alys beach from Seacrest and enjoying all of the holiday events around all of the communities. Will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Great location

We had 3 generations staying together. The house has everything you need. The owner is easy to reach if you have questions. The neighborhood and location are great. Location to the pool is great. Tram pick up is right off the porch and very easy. The beech access is very, very crowded. If you have a car, I would recommend driving to the public access.

Disappointed in the area of the beach that we had to be enclosed in due to where we were renting. Thankfully the owner Prompted us to go to a public beach in Inlet Beach which was beautiful and we had a car to get there. It’s too bad that Florida sold out to the politicians and the owners of the big buildings that run along the beach access

Spacious and great location

The beach house was more than what we anticipated, it's steps away from an incridible large lagoon pool and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated with new furniture. It confortably slept 12 people. The kids loved the bonus room with bunk beds and the Xbox games. The grassy green field next to the house was great for the kids to play football after dinner. The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend this place for a large family. Glori was a great owner and very accomodating.

Location, Location, Location!!

We had a fabulous time at this property! We ranged in age from 7 months - 62. The home was clean and well stocked. The location to the pool was excellent because we constantly had to run back for something and it truly was a 3 minute walk! The tram stop was right across the street, which again was marvelous because we had a lot of stuff to take to the beach. The living/kitchen area worked great for all of our needs. And the beds were very comfortable! The only thing I would say is that if you’re looking for 4 rooms for privacy, there are only 3. The bunk area is open upstairs. It works great for kids though. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Location.

This house was able to accommodate 6 adults and 5 kids perfectly. The location is great as it's only 5-6 blocks from the beach and the tram stops right outside the house. The house was pretty clean but the cleaners did miss some spots in the corners/under tables etc but overall very clean. It has 2 huge wrap around decks, although we only used the 1st floor as it's so hot in Florida in the summer. There is a park 3 houses down that has bar tables and permanent cornhole boards. I would say the Seacrest Beach area is best suited for families with older children as it's only restaurants/pubs in the immediate area. You need to hit up Destin or Panama City for more activities outside of the beach/pool. We had a great time and would do it again.

Simply Amazing!

We have stayed at Seacrest Beach in several locations throughout the past but this one was by far our favorite. The location was the best with a close walk to the pool while also behind it on a quiet street for privacy. Glori has created the perfect beach house with beautiful but comfortable furniture and decor. The wrap around porch on both levels was wonderful and we enjoyed them very much. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and helped me to realize that I definitely need a new bed when we got home for my back because it never bothered me while we were there. I really liked the ice machine and being able to put our bikes around back and not worry about them. The house was exceptionally clean and it was definitely our best beach trip yet! Not What We Bargained For....

This was a lovely house, but it was not what was advertised. This is not a 4 bedroom house. This home has 3 bedrooms, and two sets of bunk beds in a hallway between two bedrooms. We definetly felt like the description was not accurate. Just be aware that you are not renting a 4 bedroom home.

Great for young and old

If I could give this house 4 and half stars I would, this house was perfect for my family's needs during our yearly visit to 30A. We had a small child as well as our elderly parents staying with us. This house provided great accommodation for everyone young and old. My parents were not troubled going up and down stairs with the kitchen, living area and their bedroom all on the first floor. The bunk bed landing area offered my daughter her own comfortable fun space to stay and the remaining two bedrooms were both very spacious, plus you can't beat king sized beds in ALL bedrooms! Compared to other houses we've stayed in within this neighborhood Sea la Vie was very clean and bug free. In other rentals we've found cockroaches multiple times as well as dirty sheets and linens. This rental's sheets and beds were all clean and the worst we saw in an entire week of staying here was a stray ant who looked lost. I've stayed in this neighborhood numerous times and I will say the location of this house was ideal. It's centrally located, very close to the pool, not too far away from the beach and a quick walk to Rosemary and Alys. Any negatives of this house were all out weighed by it's positives. I will suggest if you plan on cooking a lot at the house or grilling you should probably bring your own knives, pots, pans, Tupperware and grilling tools, but plates and serving dishes are all well covered. If you do have any problems the manger is very responsive, easy to reach and great to work with. We had a small problem while staying at the house, after being notified about it the manager made sure it was handled promptly and without interruption to our vacation. In conclusion, great location, clean house, accommodates everyone and king size beds for all!

Why they chose this property

We chose Sea La Vie since we loved the location. My Kids love to be right across from the pool where they run back and forth to the house and next to green space where they love to play. We loved being in the front of Seacrest just steps from all the amenities.We love to be able to walk and bike everywhere when on vacation without getting into a car. We liked the oversized corner lot with private driveway, the huge wrap around porches on both levels of the home and the convenient location being across the neighborhood street from the magnificent 12,0000 sq. ft. lagoon pool and green space right next to our home was ideal for our family. The beautiful beaches are just across 30A (3 blocks from our home) which we could walk to but with the free shuttle there is no need to carry our beach things. We just put it in the shuttle and it is so easy. Kids enjoy the movie nights in the summer at Rosemary and Alys beach. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We also enjoy the bike lanes since we love to bike. This section on 30 A offers separate bike lanes so we know our kids are safe and do not have to bike on the roads. Sea La Vie has an open floor plan and is larger than many of the homes in seacrest beach north. The 12 ft. ceilings makes if feel even more spacious. We put a lot of TLC in the home. Recently furnished and painted. All new appliances. We made sure the kitchen is fully stocked complete with entertainment platters and roasting pans, all types of dishes and bar ware. We wanted our guest to be able to cook and enjoy and have all the conveniences of home. We hope you enjoy Sea La Vie as much as we do.

Location, Location, Location. Be able to watch your kids play in the green space across street from Sea La Vie's huge wrap around porches. No need to jump on the shuttle to get to the 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool since its just steps across from house. Walk to restaurants & shopping of Seacrest, Rosemary & Allys beach. Luxury pillow top mattresses so you get a great night's sleep. Huge wrap-around porches are the entire length of home on 2 levels. High Ceilings with Open Floor plan & Large Kitchen. Only two levels so the footprint of our home is much larger than most of the three level homes. This gives you a much bigger living room and kitchen to gather together. so you could enjoy the entire house without walking up several flights of stairs.
