Framed in by Downtown Belmont (walking distance), the Catawba River (walking distance), I-85, HW 74, and a 5 minute drive to the US National Whitewater Center! 5 minute walk to Kevin Lofton Riverfront Park! Less than 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown Charlotte! Work, rest, or explore!

Kitchen: Includes a Keurig style coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, toaster oven, blender, all major cooking items, and all dining items.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, Roku TV, dresser with large closet, Workspace/Desktop Computer (GUEST ACCOUNT PIN: 2139).

Bedroom 2: Twin Bed, Roku TV, and clothes bin storage.

Living Room: Small Sectional Couch, chair, Roku TV

Twin size air mattress is onsite to sleep a 4th guest.

Outdoor: Hammock, Chairs, and Firepit.

Driveway, fits up to (2) two vehicles. **Please do not block access to the neighbor`s driveway in rear**

Desktop computer in primary bedroom has a guest account (PIN 2139).

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras: We have a doorbell camera, one camera at the driveway, and one at the back door of the home. These will be turned on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

*TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions. Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at booking. Please note that third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
