This is a boutique-style guest suite built for easy, low-fuss stays ideal for tournament families, travelers catching an early flight, or anyone who wants a quiet poolside base to explore Sanford.

What This Is (and Isn't)
Think boutique hotel suite, not a full house, a bigger tiny home with hotel-suite comfort. Two bedrooms connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom, a coffee bar, and a screened lanai that serves as your living and dining space. There is no full kitchen or separate living room, and for most of our guests that's the appeal: nothing to fuss over, and downtown Sanford's restaurants are just minutes away.

Coffee Bar & Comforts
The back bedroom features a full coffee bar - Keurig with pods, creamer, sugar, plus paper plates, utensils, and silicone to-go mugs for the road. Two comfortable bedrooms, fresh linens, and a private entrance you can access anytime.

Pool, Hot Tub & Lanai
The hot tub is heated year-round at no extra charge. Prefer the pool heated too? That's available for $40/day. The screened-in lanai and pool deck are your open-air living room, spacious enough for dining outside, lounging, morning coffee, or an evening wind-down.

Two quick notes so there are no surprises: the pool has no child safety gate, so children must be supervised at all times. And the pool and lanai are shared with the homeowners, Paul and Theresa, who live in the main house on-site; this is not a fully private space. We always coordinate pool hours around your stay so you get plenty of private time to relax and enjoy.

Handy Extras
Laundry is in the main house, accessible anytime with your own separate code. Two driveway parking spots (park on the left to keep the garage clear). Want to explore town in style? Ask Paul about renting the golf cart. One heads-up: a train passes behind the house around midday to early afternoon, but we want you prepared so it's not a surprise.

Interaction With Your Host
We respect your privacy and keep contact minimal. If I'm home at check-in, I like to personally greet guests for a smooth handoff. Paul and Theresa live in the main house, so you may see them during your stay. For anything you need, co-host Kaitlyn is available around the clock through messages.
