Beautiful and spacious Mediterranean-style Villa located less than five minutes’ walk from the beautiful white beach of Flic-en-Flac. The Villa boasts 4 air-conditioned bedroom and 2 modern bathrooms. Main floor recently renovated and tastefully decorated in warm earthy tones and modern furniture. Well equipped kitchen with all modern facilities. Bright upper floor with lounge and kitchenette. Well-appointed outdoor space with spectacular pool with built-in seats, BBQ grill with loads of sitting and dining areas. Wi-Fi internet, cable TV included as well as maid service. Beautiful tropical garden with coconut, palm and fruit trees. The house backs on Domaine Wolmar where you will see various wildlife. The property is fully fenced with alarm system and CCTV camera. Plenty of ways to enjoy lounging or entertaining. Expect comfort in a very relaxed and tranquil environment topped with Mauritian charms. Beaches, shops, supermarkets, nightlife, casinos are all less 500 meters away.

Why they chose this property
I have always loved Flic en Flac beach with its long stretch of white sand and clear turquoise water. It is where the locals hangout and is very lively especially on Sundays. Love taking long walks and taste the local cuisine.
What makes this property unique
We love the outdoor space with the pool where we spend endless hours in. The close proximity to the beach as well as the spacious home where we can entertain our large family.
