Guest access
You can park in the garage and driveway - street parking is not allowed per our HOA rules. You will need a car to get around the community as it is quite large. There are sidewalks perfect for walking or jogging around the community.
Other things to note
***If you have a dog - will have to be owner approved first. Please send breed, size/weight and age of your dog when inquiring. Pet fee is $15 per night each. Approval of pets are NOT guaranteed.

*** POOL is heated, we will charge $15/day for reservation in October and November,
$25/day for reservations in December-May. We will ask for payment upon booking via resolution center.

***$100 HOA application fee is NOT included in the rent and will need to be sent additionally upon booking. We will need your email to email you the HOA application to fill out. For bookings 7 days before the arriving HOA fee is $200. Same day fee - $300
