Get in touch with the great outdoors without sacrificing luxury! Wilson Wilderness invites you to explore all the Ozarks have to offer. Explore mile after mile of untamed wilderness and experience all sorts of heart pounding thrills to heart warming chills. Whether it’s exploring Blanchard Spring Caverns (2 miles away), learning to fly fish on the World renowned White River (4 miles away), saddling up for a horseback ride through the Ozark National Forest (3 miles away), kayaking the Buffalo National River (24 miles away) or just relaxing under a blanket of stars like you’ve never seen before. It doesn't get any better than that or maybe it does….. after a full day of adventure we invite you to come stay in one of our 22 ft. tipis. We have 5 fully furnished tipis….The Deer sleeps 2, the Eagle sleeps 4, the Bear sleeps 2, the Elk sleeps 2+, and the Wolf sleeps 4. Our Deer tipi caters more to our honeymooners or couples who prefer a more secluded area of the campground. Furnished with a king size bed, fresh white linens and fluffy pillows for a great night sleep. All of our tipi’s have A/C units and fans for the summer season and heaters and heated blankets for those fall nights. A sitting area for you to relax. A morning kitchen with Keurig and mini fridge (fresh water, coffee pods and set ups provided). Your own personal fire-pit w/ cooking rack or join us at our community fire-pit and make some new friends. Our community building consist of a bathhouse with 3 full bathrooms, a common room with a movie theater, and a full size outdoor kitchen for your use.

This place is seriously a hidden gem! We stayed here ro be close to the Blanchard Spring caverns and it was a perfect peaceful place to do so! Great amenities and fun activities! Wish I stayed longer!

Awesome Set Up

We arrived late on a rainy evening. There was a chill in the air but our teepee had a radiator heater in it to take the chill out of the air. There was a tarp neatly placed in the teepee to help prevent any rain from getting in. Our bed was covered with a cozy heated blanket and it left us enjoying the comfort of the bed. We enjoyed listening to the rain and owls throughout the whole evening. The rest of the camp was set up wonderfully for both couples wanting to get away for a private romantic weekend and for families wanting to spend the weekend away at someplace cool place with the kids. There were both private fire pits outside each teepee and a common area fire pit for sitting around and visiting in a group. Even though we didn't use the outdoor kitchen we could see that is was set up nicely with anything that you might need to cook out with. I would highly recommend this came to anyone looking for a unique getaway.
