It was wonderful. They kept in contact with us and made sure everything was going okay the whole time we were there. The condo fit our family of 6 so perfectly. We loved this place and will definitely be back again! Perfect location. Great view. 5 stars for sure!
The property was good, pool was great and beach access just across the road. Unit is a bit older but still cute! Needed some information from property management that took a little to get, but was eventually provided. Main town area is a bit of an hike, would definitely recommend driving if have children. All in all was good place to visit and definitely love the Gulf Shores would recommend the area .

Hi Nicole! Thanks for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I do apologize for any delays in communication, we do our best to stay on top of messages and calls!
We enjoyed our stay and the location. The only thing that was disappointing was it could have been cleaned better. Furniture was dirty, some of pots and dishes were dirty. Sheets had stains on them.

We spent a week at Lagoon Run 102. Booking it was easy and communication was great. The description and photos were accurate. We had stayed at a different condo about 1/2 mile away the first 3 trips to GS but we needed a 3rd bedroom this time, so Lagoon Run 102 was great for the 6 of us, which included 2 17yo and 2 20yo. Loved that the unit was all one floor, overlooked the lagoon and pool. We loved fishing from the covered dock and the beach was a short walk across the street. The AC was cold, and we loved having a w/d in the unit. A few small things kept me from giving 5 stars. 1) when we checked in, there was a bloody paper towel left on the dresser in one bedroom. I sent a text and was told the housekeeper had hurt her hand and mistakenly left it. I used a plastic bag and removed it, and sanitized with a wipe I brought along. It just gave me an uneasy feeling like if that was overlooked, what else had been overlooked in the cleaning process. 2) the dishwasher was loud, so you couldn’t run it if you were trying to hang out in the living room 3) the table only sat 4 people and was wobbly. It would have been nice to have a big enough table that we could all sit at to eat or play games. There was additional seating at the bar, but it’s not quite the same. 4) our stay started on Wednesday and things were very quiet until Friday. There were 2 larger groups that moved in and they commandeered the swimming pool and dock areas, playing loud music, drinking all day, and generally being loud. I get that some people like to party on vacation and that’s fine, but it was a bit disruptive to the calm and relaxed vacation we were all hoping to have. And it’s not just this old mom who felt that way, my 20 yr old daughter didn’t appreciate having a couple making out in the pool right next to her in the middle of the day. 5) even though there are 2 parking spaces reserved for 102, you have to pay $30 for the second spot. I don’t understand

Denise, thank you so much for the detailed review of your stay at Lagoon Run. I regret the issues you encountered with your stay. We value our guest's input and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your stay. We hope to host you again and provide you with a better experience.
This is our third year staying in this condo unit. It is perfect for our family of 6 (mom/dad/22 yr old daughter and boyfriend/20 yr old son and girlfriend). We love staying on the lagoon because we can fish and kayak, the pool offers a nice break from the gulf, and the beautiful beach (which is never crowded) is just across the road and easy access via the walkway. It truly is our favorite place to vacation.
