Please take note there is a separate unit attached to the right side of this home. The only shared space between both units is the laundry room. This unit does not have access to Casita Eulalia and has its own entrance! Please keep this in mind when booking. Thank you!

Our living room is relaxed and comfy, just like the rest of the house. Natural light enters throughout the entire space giving a warm naturistic feel. Here, you can kick back and relax on our plush grey sofa while watching your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV.

Our kitchen consist of bright white wooden cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances giving you everything you’ll need to make your favorite home-cooked meals. We also have a coffee station so you can start your morning right!

The dining area overlooks the entire living space of the home. Here, you'll want to gather around our round wooden table and eat, drink, and plan tomorrow’s adventures.

Our open patio is a place where you can relax and enjoy having a warm cup of coffee or tea while appreciating the lake view this property has to offer.

Very nice recently renovated duplex on a charming lake close to shops and restaurants. We loved walking around Lake Catherine. Also, watched some old timer cover band at the Copper Rocket. Pizza at the Lazy Moon was super yummy. And it's just a short drive to downtown Winter Park which is lovely. We had breakfast at the Briar Patch - loved that!

Great place to stay

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place to ourselves. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. We sat on the back porch and enjoyed coffee overlooking the small lake. It is walking distance from some restaurants and bars. The driveway is easy to miss so watch carefully as approaching.

Maitland near the quiet historic village of Winter Park

A stunning property completely remodeled with heaps of space indoors and out. Lawn stretches to the lake for perfect relaxation. Easy drive to gardens, and the Tiffany (Morse) museum in Winter Park. Top notch appliances and spacious master bedroom with large walk in closet. The bathrooms are ultra modern and lovely. Great communication with our host.

The casita is nicely updated and decorated. The bathrooms are stocked with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The rooms are large . It was very clean snd is well lit. We enjoyed the area with walking and running around Lake Catherine and Sybelia.

Great location, super clean and quiet

This comfortable duplex sits on the Eatonville side of Maitland on the edge of a small, scenic lake. Despite being right on Lake Ave., the house is set back a long way and so traffic sounds are muted. We enjoyed sitting out back gazing at the lake. Very clean, good (and quiet) HVAC and plenty of parking. A winner.

Fun times at the Florida Film Festival

My friends and I attend the Florida Film Festival in Maitland this time every year. The lake front Casita provided a clean, quiet and cozy environment to wind down between movies. Richard was very communicative and the listing was just as advertised. We would definitely book again if available next year. Thanks!!

Don’t stay here

I arrived late due to flight delays so went straight to bed, however, when pulled back the covers, there was a bug and a roach in the bed upon arrival, so I left immediately and had to find a hotel. The host is unresponsive and uncooperative with VRBO, so not wanting to refund stay. I can overlook bugs in properties as that’s natural, but in the bed is a huge red flag of a bigger problem, and with the roach scurrying off, sleeping in the same bed as bugs and roaches was an unrealistic and unreasonable expectation. Additionally, the backyard of the property was not as inviting as the pictures and you will be sharing the property with the host, as it’s connected to the unit they live. Share a laundry room. They message this to you after you book. Would not recommend this property.
