Two night quick stay while visiting friends in area. Secure location, tidy grounds, clean unit. Very basic accommodations-we chose suite so we didn't have to eat out both nights. Kitchen had necessities including dorm sized fridge and 2 burners. The space is SMALL but comfortable-bed was great.Check in took close to 1/2 hr- they had to "find" a room for us. We were late- about 8, yet there was still a wait, then took forever to get us a room in bldg without elevator. Jared at front desk waived resort fees for this-good thing since pools are filled to capacity quickly with no chairs and no help. Hint Hilton: buy some more lounge chairs, and make them available to your guests. The regulars/owners set up and stayed at certain pools. Everyone nice, but if I paid thirty bucks a day I and only able to access some of the amenities, I'd be quite unhappy. We did not utilize the shuttles which may be a family draw, nor the fitness center so can't opine on those. Be prepared for the "sell". Can't get your parking pass without it. We were prepared as we've been there, done that. They did have great incentives- keep in mind that you will throw away your entire morning to get them. We declined feeling our time with friends was more valuable than what they offered. Probably won't stay there again, but it was a value and fit the need.
