Hey Mickey glad, you enjoyed your stay! We had a little incident where a bag of litter opened on your day of entry in the afternoon, through all of was able to be picked up! The bathroom sign, is just a message on if toilet paper can please not be flushed down the toilet. I do hope to have you back in the future, thank you greatly for visiting!
My stay was for 28 nights due to repairs on my home. The location was on a hill overlooking the town/city. It is a very peaceful location with beautiful sunsets. It was not a fancy place but very comfortable. The host was excellent and responded very quickly. I would not hesitate to stay there again if the need arose. Thank you, Julio and family!

Hi Miriam, apologize to hear that we didn't meet your standards. Since your depart, we have it regularly rented on other platforms in which some many stay for a long period of time. I do hope you can return in the future in which you will really enjoy your stay!
The pictures really dont do it justice! The studio was way bigger than i thought it would be! It was super clean...decorated nice and had everything we needed. The host always wrote me back within minutes and even asked if we needed anything while we were there. I have stayed at several homes on here and this one is definitely one of my favorites.

Instructions said there would be signs; was only a small sign w black lettering that says entrance with no arrow pointing a direction. Not enough lighting so once you get up to the parking area you need a flashlight to navigate. Pictures look deceivingly nice compared to reality. Flooring is lumpy as if put in on mounds of dirt, pulling up in some spots, not level. Strange musty smell. Plumbing apparently can't handle toilet paper. No central heat but they did provide extra blankets and a small portable heater which was sufficiently warm. Wifi log in and password was given to me but then it didn't work; when I sent a message about it I was told it had been changed and was sent a new one. I just think if you know you changed it and you know you're renting a place you would send the new info right away. Advertised as dog friendly but there aren't many places for the dog to go potty. The areas available are landscaped so much space is used by plants. The landscaping was beautiful, just hard to accommodate a dog. There was a small dog running loose so I was nervous about having my dog out there with a loose dog. Upon arrival I looked everywhere and couldn't find trash bags for the kitchen trash can. The only one was already in the bathroom trash can. The host later messaged and said they were leaving some supplies outside so it was remedied quickly but should have been prepared upon arrival. Coffee maker didn't work. More things that do not fit within character limit.

Our 2 nite Hemet Stay
This property is diamond in the rough. Cute as heck in private, quiet hilly area -view of Hemet-night lights were so pretty. It's basically an apartment, I think converted from opening up a basement wall to a 2-car garage-adding French doors, which are badly in need of new blinds. Host very kind/responsive but missing the mark in several areas (pls fine tune) it's a shame. I think it can be awesome money maker. Bed comfortable with clean linens (more pillows please) but I needed a dining room chair to climb up in it as it was very high. I' 5'6" and 70 years old. Wasn't happening. Shower/countertops/surfaces clean, but not baseboards/flooring/bathroom fan/walls/ceiling or many dishes/appliances. I washed dishes before use. After walking barefoot on very uneven floor, my feet were black. We purchased cereal bowls and left them as there were none. Dishes were lacking, especially silverware which can be purchased second hand. Adorable decor but coffee station had only 3 instant coffee packets. No Kuerig/no coffee to speak of offered-some packets of tea and sugar. Most coffee cups were gold rimmed so not microwave safe. Used one to heat coffee water and poured into the other. Biggest turn off was sign directing guest to throw toilet paper in trash instead of flushing. No explanation given- guessing septic.(We have,we flush) No fault of host but due to Spectrum outage, no WiFi or TV for our stay. Debris by entry door (cubbies)attracted scratchy nightly critters but none inside.
