Stylish Coastal Retreat: Pools, Hot Tub + Parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Prime amenities and location. There are two pools (one heated and one not), a jacuzzi, fitness room, bbq area, and parking garage! An easy 6 min walk to Tourmaline beach and surf park, plus amazing places to eat and drink literally across the street.

North enough to have the quiet pleasant vibes of La Jolla, but near enough to the fun Pacific Beach boardwalk if you want to get rowdy. Best for 2-people, but there is a couch & air mattress if needed. Small pets welcome!

I lived in many states & popular cities over the years, and multiple neighborhoods in San Diego— I consider my location the best, by far, which is why I bought this condo. It’s north enough to have the calm & pleasant vibes of La Jolla Mesa, yet still walking distance to the best ocean boardwalk and beach with all the lively restaurants, bars, and cafes one could want.

What makes this property unique

My property is almost like a hotel, minus the room service. The two pools and jacuzzi, the aesthetics, the safe entries & garage. You truly get the most bang for your buck.
