About this property

House in Blacksburg with mountain views.
This single level 3-bedroom house provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather. It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood so please no rowdy parties. The front porch, back deck and large yard offer outdoor space in good weather. The driveway and carport provide plenty of parking. We will provide a private code to the door for ease of access and security.
On game days we may be able to provide shuttle service. Please plan to discuss this with us prior to your stay.
The living room has comfortable seating with a smart TV connected to Xfinity cable. Guest access to Wi-Fi is provided.
The dining area seats six easily and the table can be extended for more seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. A microwave, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker are provided. Basic condiments, coffee and tea are included. We invite you to fill the refrigerator with your own special treats.
Laundry facilities available to you on the main floor.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has been equipped with extra grab bars.
The second bedroom has a full size bed.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a desk.

The main bathroom is a generous size and contains a tub with shower.

Awesome country feel 5bmins from town!

The house and property were well maintained and clean. Very comfortable and convenient! Had privacy but also had Friendly neighbors which felt welcoming.

Perfect location for Virginia Tech graduation stay

The home is located just minutes from Lane Stadium and is excellent for a Tech graduation stay. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and all of the linens were fresh and clean. The back deck looks into a spacious backyard and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had three children, ages 14, 12 and 9, with us and it was so much more relaxing than getting 2 hotel rooms. The owner was excellent at communication, with nothing going awry in the check in process. Highly recommend.

Great Stay Close to VT!

We had a great experience here. The house was extremely clean and an excellent space for our group. It is close to VT and was well stocked in the kitchen and bedrooms. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay!
