You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. INCLUDES: main home that sleeps 6, and up to 6 horse stalls and paddock use. Normal rate for entire farm is $225 per night. Barn apartment sleeps 4 can be rented with house for additional $150 a night. Long term requests take priority over short term. Would prefer to rent entire farm for all of winter months. Quiet tranquil home away from road, surrounded by farmland. Round pen available. Large riding arena with lighting (turf). Bring your horses to trail ride or compete @ world equestrian center( 20 minute ride) 5 MIN FROM OCALA JOCKEY CLUB.
Tranquil main home sits down long lane away from traffic noises surrounded by farmland. 2600 sq. foot home decorated with horses in mind. Very cozy lay out. One living area hosts a pool table for your enjoyment. 2 separate living areas both with large screen smart tv's. Master bedroom has tv. Large eat-in kitchen and dining room for extra people. Carport available for cars only ( some trucks probably wouldn't fit under). Large front patio with gas fire pit complete with adirondack chairs, another table with chairs and day beds with umbrellas. Water on farm is conditioned and complete water system installed with water softener. (no rusty yellow water here!!) Farm can accommodate semi-trailer and large horse trailers. Farm has 5 separate RV hook up (30 and 50 amp available) both situated where camper or trailer can be in shade. Rv hook ups have electric, water and septic. Please inquire about prices for RVs. Large turfed riding area with lighting. Round pen available for use. Horse guests have stall space if needed with shavings included. Seven separate turnout paddocks available.
If guest bring horses, they have access to barn, and turnout paddocks and riding area. (Horses can be ridden on entire property). Dog friendly but will need to be approved to be inside the home. Barn tack room has washer and dryer to wash your horse blankets etc... Wash racks have hot water so you have warm water in winter. separate bathroom for barn
Other things to note..ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED BEFOREHAND....NO DOGS OVER 50LBS. DOGS MUST BE CRATED WHEN ALONE IN THE HOUSE...NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE IS A NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $100 PER DOG. MUST GIVE A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BEFORE STAY AND IT WILL BE GIVEN BACK AFTER WALK THRU..
Sorry to have to be like this but I've more damage done by dogs inside the home so in order for me to accept them I have to approve them. I really prefer no animals in the house but if you choose to bring a dog, then it will cost. The cleaning fee for animals in the house will also increase by $50.
