Fun house for a family! We took our boat so having the dock was great! Quick walk to the beach and lots of fun games at the house for the evenings! Will stay here again!

Great Property and Location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mexico Beach. House is wonderful and spacious and a great location, short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the dock out back where our son caught numerous fish! Communication was great and easy check-in and check-out. It was a nice, quiet stay and we've already started to look at our calendars to see when we can come back.

We had a wonderful vacation!!

We were a family of 8 and had plenty of room in this rental. It was very well stocked with towels, kitchen accessories, entertainment, and beach items. The game room was a nice addition especially for the younger kids as well as some of the adults. The beach was within close walking distance and a breeze to get to each day. I appreciated the app that was created to make checkin, our stay and our check out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

So close to beach

We were amazed by this beautiful property located so close to the beach! Very clean house with so many amenities that we couldn’t enjoy them all in our short stay. Kids had a blast in the game room. We will definitely return again!

What an awesome beach house!

So Close to the beach that we practically spent an entire day on the beach. The kids had a blast in the room, playing pool table, Arcades. Beach house was very clean and tidy, And all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, The beds were very comfortable, and we also enjoyed the scenery from the deck. We will definitely return again!

A wonderful vacation

Our stay was the perfect get away. The property is spacious and beautifully decorated. Every room was bright and cheery. The check in process was uncomplicated. The property is located in a perfect spot, close to the beach, restaurants and ice cream and coffee. My dog and i enjoyed walking the boardwalk behind the cottage. The hot tub was a nice bonus. My friend already rebooked for next February.

Boat dock!!

Was great for a trip with the boat. Was able to keep the boat in the water right at the house. Less than 10min of idle time and you are out the inlet and in the gulf.

Super close to beach

This house was only a few steps to the beach. What an amazing stay, house was super clean, loaded with lots of amenities. Kitchen was fully stocked, game room was super cool. There was also a canal behind the house where I could dock my boat and take it to the ocean. Prashant is a great host with timely communication and a very clear and cool online guidebook. We will come again!

Family Time

The house was clean and located in the heart of what our family wanted to do. The food trucks and souvenir shops were all within walking distance. The walk to the beach was just right for all the kids ranging in age from 17 years old to the littlest at 17 months old. The house was perfect for 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 pre-teens and 2 toddlers. The house had everything we could have needed from a baby gate to high chair to a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of beach toys for the kids.
