Very nice location and the view of the Gulf of America was wonderful. Well arranged condo and the onsite cleaning crew kept the pool, beach walkway and other common areas very clean. Parking was no issue and would recommend to others.

Clean room, loved the pool and beach view and experience. Complications first day working the kitchen oven and took longer than expected for maintenance to resolve it. Had to pivot on family meal prep. Felt we could have had a more fair rate, but enjoyed the unit and our stay overall.

Condo was great with very responsive host. We were disappointed to have to wait a half hour (with cold groceries in tow) outside the room for the cleaning ladies to finish at 4:30. I understand a no early check-in policy, but delayed entry with 2 teenagers and groceries in tow was a tad frustrating. Very impressed with room quality, though! Older building but suited our purposes for sure, loved that the beach was less crowded than some of the neighboring places.

We had a wonderful stay at Tidewater. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the pools and sauna as well. Beautiful Gulf views were amazing as well and great access to the beach. We would highly recommend Tidewater to others heading to Orange Beach.

Awesome location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location was great and enjoyed the beautiful view from our deck. Easy assess to the pool and beach. Only downfall was on a rainy day tried to use the treadmills and they both didn’t work. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Orange Beach and Tidewater are perfect for us!

This property will now be our first choice when we return! The condo included everything we needed, along with excellent views! It is very nicely decorated and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms made our visit comfortable! Can’t wait to return! 🌴❤️

Beach Trip

Fantastic property. Quick elevators. Clean and quick access to the beach. Only issue was with code to get in, but called property manager and they straightened it out quickly.

Totally Excellent Experience!

The condo location and facility was excellent! We called Beach Ball twice for a small issue and it was resolved immediately as well as conveniently! This was our first trip in the fall to Orange Beach and we are already booked for February, February and next Fall because the entire experience was wonderful!

Labor Day weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property visiting our son in the navy. We had a small problem with the oven but it was resolved quickly. We were very comfortable and the view is amazing!

Management

I debated writing a review, but decided to just give my opinion. We were delayed in entering our unit by over an hour. We do appreciate the 5 $10 gift cards to Tacky Jacks, but with 5 adults, that really didn't go far. I also believe because the cleaning crew was delayed (showing up to start cleaning after 4pm when we had entered the unit), they rushed the process in certain areas. It was mainly clean, but the bathrooms weren't great. There were black specs in the corners of the tub/wall (not sure if mold or not), but there is also mold on the shower curtain. The outlets in the sink/closet area do not work either. For the amount we paid for 2 nights, I guess I was hoping for better. Thanks for listening!
