We really enjoyed the home. It was well furnished and clean. Great proximity to the pool. Great communication with the host. Only critique was the cleanliness of the outdoor space.

Fantastic condo in a great location. Very modern and clean. Well appointed with stocked kitchen comfortable living room and family room. Bedrooms were spacious. Host was excellent to work with and handled a service issue very promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and the property offers what we needed. The location is excellent—just steps from the pool, gym, and hot tub, and within walking distance to the Tournament Clubhouse. We loved that it’s dog-friendly, with nearby parks that made it easy to enjoy walks.The Signature community felt very secure, with easy access in and out, and the neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Communication was fantastic—fast, positive, and helpful both during booking and throughout our stay. The PGA West area is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Great Weekend

Our Family had the best stay at this beautiful townhome. There was more than enough space to accommodate six adults and one infant. We had all the amenities we could ask for allowing us to cook a couple of meals at “home” rather than eating out.The location was great, walking distance to number golf course communities and a short drive to down town La Quinta.The clubhouse pool, jacuzzi, putting green and shuffle board were a big hit. There was a nice gym as well but we were on vacation.Darwin was a very gracious host and easy to communicate with.Can’t way to stay here again.
