Perfect House

Perfect house for a group or family. Very clean upon arrival, we enjoyed the ease of TV, multiple rooms, washer/dryer. First floor living area with kitchen and dining area is amazing!!! I can not wait to stay there next time.

Mediocre stay

The house is OK. It is fairly new but poorly constructed, so doors and cabinets don't close properly. There wasn't any niceties such as coffee in the house. There were only six coffee mugs, so we were constantly washing them. As others mentioned the beds are smaller than those listed in the description. The neighborhood is in the process of gentrifying. There isn't anything withing walking distance. It is a short drive to most things in the area. The house shares a driveway with the house next door, which is also a VRBO house. The neighboring guests blocked our ability to park off the street. There does seem to be adequate on street parking.

Close to the city but lacking

The house is close to most of the things you would want to do but not close enough to walk. It also did not feel safe to walk at night around the area. The beds were incorrectly listed as 1-King and 4-Queens beds but were actually 1-Queen and 4-Full sized beds. The smoke detector in an upstairs bedroom was fully disconnected and there was mold in one of the bathroom ceilings due to the vent not functioning properly for a period of time. The host was quick to respond to emails but did not resolve my issues. We appreciated that a coffee maker, coffee, and creamer were provided. If we visited Chattanooga again, we would not stay here again.

Inaccurate listing

My family and I rented this property for our faculty Christmas vacation. The listing said it had a bedroom with a king bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 queens. The house actually has a bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 fulls. This would have been good to know since we have some people over 6ft. The beds also were not the most comfortable. Parts of the floor downstairs were sticky. The lights in the kitchen didn't work. Ten minutes after we were supposed to have access to the rental I had to contact the host for the access code because it still had not been sent. For how much we paid, it wasn't worth the rental.
