About this property

Windsong # 5 - Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

The Windsong #5 is located on the second floor  with all the touches and
comforts of home. This unit is under new ownership and has undergone a complete transformation! New
colors and new furnishings create a more appealing and calming environment, and will be welcoming to
guests as they unwind and prepare for their ocean beach adventures. This two bedroom unit offers a
spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, TV, recliner, and plenty of room to stretch out
and relax. The guestroom features a queen size plush memory foam bed and is also very roomy. For the
kids or a couple additional guests there is a brand new queen size hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. The
kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you might need, coffee and tea station,
microwave, and has new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven! The living room has an
electric fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player (small collection of dvd movies provided),
and some games for a little family fun.

If you are working remotely or just need a place to sit and reflect, a small desk work-station is provided
with pad and pen and a charging station with every type of plug you might need, and hi-speed Wi-Fi. There
is also a washer and dryer inside the unit for convenience. The Windsong #5 is conveniently located near
shops, restaurants, and many family attractions that are all within walking distance.

NO smoking. Note that there is no elevator, but stairs are wide and easy. Dogs OK and encouraged! Daily
boarding, salon, and dog wash are just around the corner, so bring those puppers and have some fun…!!

The stay was very nice relaxing. Very well stocked. The only concern was dirty sheets at the beginning which housekeeping changed, the bedroom TV that did not work and was replaced, and the door key that broke. All was taken care of promptly. Otherwise things were great! Very clean.

Wonderful Ocean Stay!

The property was exactly as listed. The condo was quiet, clean and felt very safe for traveling with children. The hosts were extremely easy to contact, and understanding when things came up. Very dog oriented ( bowls, leashes, poop bags, treats, ect.) which i love and will remember for next time. The dvd selection is a little outdated, but we brought movies to watch and theres a roku. Great location for a the beach and shopping. We will definitely stay again!

Nice Place to be

Enjoyed our stay here a great deal, had everything we needed. Clean, well furnished/stocked. Only drawbacks were hauling luggage up the stairs (no elevator, can't be helped!). Would also try to stay on the top floor next time as people were stomping around upstairs at all hours of the night for some reason. Again, not the fault of the property, just insensitive people up there.

Great and cozy little place

I have nothing bad to say. It was clean, cozy, and I could tell a pet lover owns it, which is a comfort because in years past, I had trouble finding a place that would accept dogs. Only thing I might say, is that if you have little ones, be ready to put some games and decorations up high for a bit.

Nice getaway

There is a lot of construction and such going on around Ocean Shores, but the inside of this condo was very nice and relaxing. The view out the window is of the trees and little views of the ocean. A little oasis! It was a nice home base to visit seabrook and many beaches. We saw some live Celtic music down the street at Galway. Quiet and comfortable.

Sister Weekend

We were very happy with the condo. Clean, comfortable and a great price. The only issue was that it is under construction so when we got there, there was construction debris in and around the area. At first I didn't know if I was in the right place. But it all worked out and we had a good stay.

I didn’t see that the condo was on the 2nd floor. I should’ve asked. The stairs to get up to the condo were wood and opened and difficult to get our suitcases and food supplies up to the condo. The master bedroom bed was very lumpy. The decor was very cute and we had all of the appliances and cookware we could need. The walk to the beach was close but you can drive on the beach so there were a lot of cars. We could see the sunsets from our balcony.

Not a fan of all the signage and wall hangings. Rugs in the kitchen were a pain. you could make the TV easier to work and could not get the one in the bedroom to turn on and no instructions. loved sitting on the deck.

Comfy condo at north end of town

In mid-August my brother and I enjoyed this comfortable and well-stocked second-floor condo at the north end of Ocean Shores. The area is quiet. While inside we barely could hear people in other units; a little more noise out on the deck. The sounds of family relaxing at the ocean only added to the ambience. This unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Nice peek-a-boo view of the sea beyond the thick range of brush between the property and the beach, and the sunsets on the deck are sublime. Beach access is a short walk or drive a couple blocks north. Also a paved path through the sea brush makes a nice walk south from the closest beach-access road to the one right in the middle of town. The unit could have been maybe just a wee bit cleaner when we arrived but definitely not a show-stopper. I happily would stay here again and I highly recommend it if you like to be a little further from the action.
