Centrally located in downtown Prescott, this charming cottage is tucked away and surrounded by beautiful greenery.
Furnished for comfort, enjoy the outdoor patio and updated features throughout the home. **Pet friendly with a private fully fenced front yard.
Bring the whole family with a queen sized pull out couch or enjoy a romantic getaway with the one who deserves it!

The home is approximately 900 sqft equipped with a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a dinning room, a living room with a smart TV (no cable) and a comfortable queen sized pullout sofa. The bedroom also has a comfortable queen sized bed and a large closet.
There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is located in the bedroom.

We just recently finished a private fenced in area for this units front yard.
You will have complete privacy for your pets and relaxing hanging in the front yard with the bbq and outdoor seating :)

You will have the whole place to yourself and use a keyless code entry, but we live locally and are available at any times notice:)

Prescott Heat Reprieve

Relaxing cottage near enough downtown. Couple breakfast paces easy to walk to. Nice little gated yard for our dog. No grass or turf but that’s OK. Wonderful overall.

J&L- We very much appreciated the Christian faith and walk back in time with the decor. A simpler time for certain. The outdoor setting was great and the grill was very convenient. Coffee in the morning was great. Always enjoy getting up there and on this visit it was to check out the VA cemetery. Although I am interested in moving up there soon my final resting spot was close by. Thank you again. J.B & L.T. Gold Canyon AZ

Cute Place BUT

The place is darling, and the front area was delightful. However, there was a stifling odor throughout.It smelled like mildew or a dead animal. The property manager was very nice and handed us some Refresh, which didn't work. Only two windows opened, so we had to buy air fresheners and keep the fans on. It still didn't work. The dishwasher and washer dryer didn't work.
