Located at the end of the block (only one neighbor) with games, a view, and a fire pit, come unwind and enjoy a wonderful lake vacation. Equipped with your every need from coffee, linens, towels, cable, grills, streaming, workspace, and internet, this is a great location to take a break while “working from home” during the day, and enjoying all the lake has to offer at night. Just minutes from the strip and Osage Beach, this chalet has everything you need to complete your vacation.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please don’t forget to turn off all lights AND FANS, close all shades, and put the temperature back to 85 degrees before leaving.

Please put all used bedding on the floor in front of the washer/dryer, and take out trash to bin at the end of driveway.

Please leave as you found it. Please clean up any trash you may have used while here, and wipe down kitchen counters with the Clorox wipes found under the sink. Thank you so much!!!!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No consumption of the food and alcohol already in the house. Coffee/creamer/tea alone is available to guests.

2 night minimum required. Smoking is only allowed outside. PLEASE USE ASHTRAY! If cigarette butts are found on the ground, a few will incur.

No loud outside noise after 1:00am. Upon check-out, turn everything off, turn temp to Auto-85. All dishes in dishwasher, used sheets/towels on floor.

Great lake trip!

Was a great weekend getaway with friends! Walking distance from shady gators. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Feel like 6 people is a perfect number for the house. The gravel road to the property was a bit rough but overall awesome experience!

Great house for a fun weekend with my girls! Drive way was a bit rough for our low clearance vehicle but would be fine for a taller vehicle. We had so much room for activities
