The house had a few minor mishaps but maintenance quickly came to repair what was needed...Otherwise the kids loved the pool...was in it everyday...all the clothes I packed for the week did not get worn because I had to put a bathing suit on everyday...the house was very spacious, each bedroom has their own bathroomThe resort pool was also very nice...i would definetly rent this home again

We really enjoyed our stay. Property management responded quickly before we arrived and during our stay. Everything was close by. The neighborhood pool was really nice. It offered a little art project for kids. Having food and drinks available for purchase was great. We were close to Disney and were able to get to the beach. The house had all we needed. Beds were comfortable.

The location was great for our daily trips to the parks. The house layout gave everyone their own space to relax in at the end of each day. The hot tub was a nice way to relax tired bodies. The house had all of the things we needed to make our stay go well (multiple coffee maker options, dishes, pans, etc.). Definitely happy with our choice.

Great Spot

The house was exactly as described, and myself and the family greatly enjoyed staying there. We spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, and the complex's water park was well used by the kids. We would stay there again.

Last minute Orlando Get Away

Very nice residence. Was 10 miles or less from anything you would want to do in Orlando or Disney. The resort staff and property managers made sure our stay was super easy so we could focus on our vacation.

What a wonderful stay at this home away from home in Windsor Hills. The communication was excellent with clear and timely instructions for arrival, stay and departure. The property was very clean and all amenities were there for our family of three. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool multiple times per day! This was our 6th stay at WH and we also enjoyed the main resort pool and waterpark. The renovation to the clubhouse was done well. Would definitely choose this property again!

Great location for all of Disney

Location is excellent as is the checkin process. Property is a little dated and could use a deep clean. That said, everything works and it’s a good sized property.

The place was nice to stay at. No check in or security issues. I did call the Itrip # one time and there was no answer or return call but all was well. I would stay again!

Family Vacation

We rented this house to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. It was a great house. It was clean. Pool and hot tub were also nice. Didn’t use community much because we’re busy at parks, but it is a nice neighborhood.

Great House

Everything that we needed. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub. Unfortunately it was too chilly during our stay for the pool but nice patio area with table. House is Close to Disney, shopping and restaurants, Liked that all bedrooms had their own bathroom.

The management company was responsive but this is a dated, unclean, broken listing. Pool light, large sliding glass door, window blinds…..all broken. The house was not clean and the pillows were flat as pancakes with old sheets. Will not rent this property again.

Regarding the items mentioned, the pool light is a standard bulb and, like any, can burn out over time. This occurred during your stay, and a replacement was installed promptly once identified. We also sent a team to inspect the sliding glass door, and they found it to be operating as intended. We did not receive any reports during your stay regarding concerns with the blinds, linens, or overall cleanliness. Had these been brought to our attention, we would have responded right away to address them and ensure the home met expectations. Great house, excellent Location

We have used Windsor Hills properties a number of times over the years and have always had a great experience. This property lived up to expectation. All amenities were excellent and the community facilities were great as well. There is a new Walmart on the main road so groceries and gas were very close. This is a great property for families and if you are going to any of the parks I would highly recommend it.
