Another wonderful annual visit to PV (totaling 40 years now)

Let me start with the process: Alex (the host) was excellent. He ALWAYS responded almost immediately. We had an issue with the safe when we arrived and he showed up in an hour to fix it (pilot error). They shopped for groceries for us and had them in the unit when we arrived. The unit was as expected (we stayed at Pinnacle three other times, so we pretty much new what to expect although there are always slight differences between units and buildings. It was well appointed clean and comfortable Suggestions: As I mentioned, we stayed at Pinnacle several other times although the other times we went through the property to rent the unit. In each case "daily" (except Sunday) cleaning was provided. We thought daily was not necessary and actually too much. When I reached out to the host regarding cleaning service, I was told that we rented from an owner and they don't provide cleaning services at all (the other extreme). We rented the unit for 18 days. I think the owners should have provided a weekly cleaning service at the very least. it doesn't cost much in Mexico. Anyway, great property, great location, great service (other than the cleaning issue). Barry
