Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Located in Fayetteville, TX. Open kitchen/dining/living room. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have two twin beds each. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer. Completely furnished kitchen. Large back yard with screened in back porch. Small garage can be used for storage purposes. 5 blocks to Fayetteville Square, 10 miles to Warrenton, 14 miles to Round Top.

Came to spend time with family for Christmas. Enjoyed the back porch while drinking coffee. The owners would be outside next door doing their chores and would ask if everything was to our satisfaction. This place is top notch. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great, clean house

We stayed here while shopping the antique market 3 days during the Spring show. The owners have made it very comfortable with lots of little touches. The furniture is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the back screened porch for happy hour! We would rent again.

Girls trip to Round Top

We stayed at the Sunshine house for a girls trip to Round Top. It's a very convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and cute small town. This is a very clean house, everything feels brand new. The screened in back porch is wonderful. Mike and Rita are very sweet. We really enjoyed our stay. FYI, there is a train close by that runs a few times a day (last one in the evening we noticed was at 9PM) but it didn't bother us.
