The community handles their bins very specifically. No plastic bags are allowed in the recycle bin please bag all trash in the black bin.
In winter months please set the heater to 55 Degrees before leaving.
Please wash any used dishes and load and start the dishwasher before you leave. This helps our cleaning team reset the kitchen quickly and keeps the home ready for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife and I recently purchased our first Airbnb property in Big Bear City. We aimed to create a welcoming retreat for guests that feels like home. Outside of hosting, I spend a lot of time socializing and value time with family and friends.
Though I may spend too much time chatting, I do speak both English and Spanish.
