Some FAQs:

Can we cook at the cabin?

Absolutely! We have a fully equipped kitchen upgraded with a new stainless-steel stove and oven and a large refrigerator. Besides stocking our kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, glassware, silverware, utensils, toaster, microwave, you`ll also find salt, pepper, cooking oil and several BBQ spices. Wait, there`s more - wine glasses, cheese boards and knives, insulated mugs (great for the back deck) and a cocktail bar set.

Show off your grill master’s skills with our gas BBQ grill at the back deck.

To give you the freshest aroma, we also provide Starbucks French Roast whole coffee beans and a coffee grinder. Sugar, Splenda, creamer and a drip coffeemaker are all ready for you.

Are linens, towels, and pillowcases provided?

Yes! We provide all the linens, duvets and extra blankets for the beds and a full set of towels for each guest. If you need more, just ask! Our cleaning crew has everything set before you arrive and adhere to cleaning protocols to make sure everything is cleaned afterwards.

Is the cabin good for children (or the inner children in adults)?

Yes! While this cabin is great for a romantic getaway, we`ve also created a `Superhero Chill Cave ` for kids or fun-loving adults to enjoy!

Is the cabin pet friendly?

Yes, KnottyBear is pet friendly!
We even provide a drinking bowl, a doggy towel, doggy poop bags and a leash in case you forgot yours. Per city ordinance, please don`t leave your pet unattended in the cabin while you`re away. You will be fined. We do ask that you help us care for the cabin by not having pets on the furniture or beds and clean up after them in/outdoors so other guests with and without pets can also enjoy the place.

A $300 security deposit will be charged on the day of check-in for incidentals. 50% of the total booking cost is charged on the day of the booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 15 days prior to your check-in date.

- We provide self check-in and the local government requires that we obtain your ID. Please take a pic of your ID through the app to finalize your reservation.

- We are governed by the San Bernardino County short term rental ordinance, and they are strict about enforcements. Each complaint is responded to and each citation can result in a $1000 penalty.

- Please reduce noise during quiet hours, respect the neighbors (some of them are full time residents)

- Do not have more people than your booking. Max 2 cars.

- We welcome pets, please keep them off furniture and beds, and DO NOT leave them unattended inside the cabin.
