The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.

➤ When you walk into the house, one of my favorite features are the archways.
➤ To the left is the kitchen with a solid wood table that seats 6, 2 extra folding chairs are available in the laundry room.
➤ The Oven and Stove are both brand new and recently installed.
➤ We have one highchair for any small children you may bring.
➤ The living room is a large vaulted ceiling, with two sofas and and a table for 2 in the back for extra seating.
➤ There's a TV set up with Roku, so that you can sign into your favorite Streaming Services.
➤ There's also a fireplace (wood sold separately)
➤ The Master bedroom is fitted with King sized bed, a sofa that folds out to accommodate another person to sleep on.
➤ The Master bedroom also has its own dedicated workspace, with a desk and rolling chair.
➤ The other 3 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 guests per room.
➤ One of these 3 additional rooms also has a sofa that folds out to accommodate another guest to sleep on.
➤ The patio has an outdoor table and chairs with a blue cover to keep the sun off you.
➤ Hanging patio lights help set a relaxing mood in the evening.
➤ There’s a fire pit for gathering around the fire. (Firewood is sold separately for $12 a bundle).
➤ There are 3 full bathrooms with a place to shower. One bathroom has a tub.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire home except for the front hall closet which is set aside as our maid and maintenance closet.

➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.

I’m not available in person. However, I am available 24/7, if you will simply message me through the Airbnb platform, I will quickly respond to your questions and concerns. Also, our property has keyless entry, so guests will be able to check in anytime after the check-in time.

The neighborhood is very nice. It is a calm and quiet area.
Make sure you read the House Manual for all instructions for how to access the property.

Events are allowed, but only for the number of people who are reported to be sleeping during the stay. Any more than that is considered a "party". No parties allowed. Parties are defined by whether you have more occupants than you've listed when booking. Parties will incur a $200 fee. (communicate with the Host to confirm more definitive terms)

Cleaning Fees for Longer Stays:
“Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon Checkout.”

This ensures that we know you've read the rules.

WHEN CHECKING OUT... Please make sure to do the following:

1. Take the trash to the dumpster (back alley).
2. Load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and start a load.
3. Take all dirty towels and put them in the clothes hamper that's in the washroom.
4. If you brought pets, please dispose of pet's waste in the yard.
5. Set the thermostat back to 68ºF in the winter and 76ºF in the summer.
6. Sign out of all your subscriptions on the TV so future guests aren't able to have access and/or make purchases under your name.
7. Remove food from the fridge and oven to prevent pests.
8. Secure the premises - Lock both the back door and the front door, and make sure all windows are latched. If we find that the property has not been secured, there will be a $25 fee.
