Downtown Albuquerque, a neighbourhood in Albuquerque, is home to this apartment. El Rey Theater and Sunshine Theater are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science and Explora Science Center and Children's Museum. ABQ BioPark Zoo and ABQ BioPark Aquarium are also worth visiting.
Tidy accommodations, all the vintage charm with just right updates! Great location with a small grassy park with shade trees & gazebo. Thoughtfully stocked necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay - will definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves!
Beautiful comfortable property that matched online listing. Host very responsive. Great location to Old Town Albuquerque, Zoo, Museums and local restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
The whole property was super clean, including the outside. Host was communicative, but not overly. Loved the property and the location. Felt safe walking around the neighborhood and looking at all the lovely plants. We were able to stop by a grocery store, brewery, and flower shop in a short driving distance. Walkable to the breakfast place opened on weekend. Really wish we lived closer so could come back!! Only part that was a surprise as a renter was in the other part of the house. They were so friendly and chatted with us, but didn’t realize there were two rental properties at the same location. Still 10/10 for this locations.

Everything was beyond amazing , very aesthetic overall best experience I’ve had !
Accommodations were good for a one night stay. No place to relax other than the bed and a 1.5 leather chair so we ended up going to bed early for our 3 day trip home. Set up is cute in a downtown neighborhood. Good recommendations for dinner from host. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom is small and was kind of tight for my 6’5 husband. Would stay here again for a night.
I didnt realize it was only pary of the house. I was under the impression that we were reserving the entire house. It was nice, just smaller than I expected.
Very beautifully kept and decorated. Easily located, and clean. Just be aware that the bed is a firm memory foam . Just a bit to firm for our old bones! 😊
My daughter and I stayed only one night during our cross country drive in this lovely space in a renovated historic home. The owners were accommodating with off street parking under the porte cochere and easy key pad access. We did not get to enjoy the backyard patio but it looked fabulous. The space is clean, nicely renovated and cute and bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided which was a nice touch!
The decore and coziness was thoughtful and cohesive. Enjoyed the amenities such as plenty of blankets, filtered water, clean white towels, a coffee bar, and instructions for working some of the in house electronics. The only drawback is that mosquitoes sneak in and bite you. A bug fan up high might help with controlling this issue. Other than that it was a quaint, impressive, minimalist stay that I would definitely rent again if I return to the area.
My husband and I stayed at this wonderful apartment while in town for the Balloon Festival. The location is lovely and quiet, and we walked to Old Town one day (about 15 minute walk) and enjoyed the galleries, live music, and restaurants. The balloon festival was only a 20 minute drive. The apartment looked newly remodeled and so lovely with modern appliances and finishes, and a very comfortable bed. The place was extremely clean and everything is provided you would need. We highly recommend!
Avoid this property at all costs! This is a complete and total bait and switch... and a rare discredit to the vrbo community! See the lovely photo of the backyard? Sorry, this backyard is NOT ACCESSIBLE from this unit! We cancelled after one night and they still charged us 480!
