• Additional Guests: A fee of $30 USD per night applies for each guest beyond the first four.
• Pet Fee: A pet fee of $30 per night applies (please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a pet).
• Minivan Usage: Enjoy complimentary use of our 8-passenger 2021 Honda Odyssey minivan (insurance included via US Auto Choice) for the first 7 days of your stay. For stays exceeding 7 days (not 10), a discounted rate of $150 per day applies for the minivan.
• Payment Processing: Direct bookings and VRBO bookings are subject to a 3.95% non-refundable credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee, we also accept [List alternative payment methods, e.g., Bank Transfer, ACH, Personal check. Please inquire for details.

• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM. This is very important in residential Hawaiian neighborhoods.

• Local Regulations: Please be aware that we operate in full compliance with all Honolulu County and City regulations regarding short-term rentals.
• Check in/ Check out: Check in time is at 3pm and Check-out is at 11am (unless otherwise agreed).
