Beautiful location.

This property is so nice. We loved the pools and BBQs. The staff keep the grounds so well maintained. Our host was excellent. Would definitely look at staying again. Great little restaurants and shops near by. Across from great beaches.

Great little studio!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jean’s studio in Kihei. She was a great host, very responsive and helpful! It was a quick walk to the beach and to some of the shops and restaurants. The unit was also very close to one of the pools at the condo! The only downside was that we could hear into the adjoining unit pretty clearly. Overall, it was a great place and we would stay again!

As advertised in a great community

The unit was neat and clean and everything was as described. Banyan is a well-maintained property with good security for its residents. Only spent a couple of days, so we didn't get to use the amenties, but the location is right off the beach with plenty of shops/restaurants around.There was a slight hitch because the original unit we rented was flooded, but Jean worked to get us another unit in the same resort. Good prompt communications.

For starters, my hostess Jean was really wonderful. She was very friendly, easy to contact with any issues that may have occurred. She gave me lots advice of things to do and and places to go in the area. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet underneath was a little sandy. I loved sitting out on the lanai under the the flora and the pool and hot tub were directly across from my room as well. My only issue was that I wish I had gotten a room with a larger refrigerator and a stove to cook on.

We stayed for a week. The room was perfect, exactly as described. It was clean, had sufficient beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel, gear, flippers, and the bath towels were wonderful. The air conditioning worked like a charm when it was hot and muggy. A couple stone steps right out the back door is the pool, hot tub, and barbecue area, which is so nice and convenient. The grounds are maintained beautifully and right out front is Kamole beach two. Businesses/food/bars are also super close. The owner was super attentive when we had a question she found our solutions quickly. We really appreciate everything.
