Exterior:
The house has a driveway with space for 3 cars, one of them sheltered under a roof. Two galleries, one in front and one behind, with a space for barbecue and a table, as well as a little living to rest watching the beautiful views. It extends into the garden that continues in the vicinity of Golf.

Lower Level:
Entrance Hall, Toilette. Living room with a fireplace and dinning room with two tables prepared to be joined and form a big one. Both rooms share a large window overlooking the garden with excellent views to the golf field and surroundings. A big Kitchen with a table as isle, equipped with all the electrodomestics necessary. Same view.
Bedroom in suite with double bed and exit to the front porch.
Washing Room with a washing machine, a dryer machine and a lavatory.

Second Level:
A main Suite with complete bathroom equiped with a fireplace, and has a bathroom with hot tub and jacuzzi. A second bedroom in suite with two single beds that can be used together (forming a king bed) or separately and has a Chaise Longe. Also a hot tub (jacuzzi) in its bathroom. A third bedroom with 2 beds. A Complete Bathroom with hot tub. A lounge equiped with TV (40' LED), desk, coffee table and a double sofa- bed, giving the possibility of using this space as additional room for two people.
All rooms have beautiful views to the golf course and the mountains and have lots of space to store clothing.

It is a house that with its galleries, warm furnishings and beautiful views is very welcoming and enjoyable in summer and winter.

Beatifull house and excelent stay!!

We were a group of 8 persons playing golf in Arelauquen. Our stay in Alhue was excelent, with all necessary to have a nice time like in home. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, nice bathrooms and everything working perfect. I had to highlight the breathtaking view to the mountains ant the golf course from the house!! Also, if you play golf, you'll love the golf course. Sure we will come back again to Alhue!!

Bariloche family trip

We have a wonderful family time!! The house is charming, comfortable, and located in a very beautiful place. Roberto Puentes and Moira were incredible. Moira went above and beyond to accommodate and assist us on everything and was very quick to respond to any questions. They were also flexible with the check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The house was clean, has cozy heated floor, and had all of the necessities we needed for an incredible week stay. We are planning on coming back and highly recommend this place.

My family and I could not have chosen a better home. We loved the spaciousness and the furnishings. The fireplace was cozy and the outdoor grill was wonderful to use, even in this chilly fall weather. The property management team was excellent and handled all of our questions. This home and its location are PERFECT for our visit to northern Patagonia! The home is exactly as it is shown - lovely in every respect. It is clean and well furnished and outfitted. The location is a great jumping-off point to the many spots in the Lake District to explore. The property management is terrific - responsive to every question and so helpful. Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

Set in a picturesque environment, the house itself is absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated, which enhanced our stay tremendously. The kitchen is fully equipped, easy to work in and the outdoor grill was utilized extensively allowing for some enjoyable family dinners "at home". The beds are incredibly comfortable and the showers/baths amazingly invigorating. We were also able to wash laundry at the house when necessary. My group consisted of five adults from the USA who had never been to Argentina previously. The location of this property is relatively close to the major attractions, within a 15-20 min drive into Bariloche, 15 min to Catedral, and about 25 min to the airport. Villa Arelauquen is easy and safe to move around in and while there I enjoyed walking the area smelling the spring flowers, which were abundant. Everyone that I had met while there was extremely friendly and helpful. One evening we informed Roberto and Moira regarding a small issue in the house and our messages were promptly received prompt replies and the issue was fully resolved by the end of that same evening. Very happy with the quick response time after posting any type of message, whether it be an issue or an inquiry. I was also happy with the house cleaner Maria and her willingness to work with my requests for cleaning schedules. Overall, I would definately like to stay in this house again. I found Roberto and Moira easy to talk to and they are honest regarding their evaluations of the house, property and area.

Thank you for a great stay!

This was a wonderful home for our recent visit to Bariloche. The home had everything we needed and the property manager went out of her way to help us get situated. The location is very convenient for access to the airport, the city and the ski area. There are great hiking trails and running routes right out the back door. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Bariloche. We hope to come back soon.

Everything was perfect, all issues were resolved inmediately

We had a great time. The house is amazing. Just as the pictures. We had some issues at our arrival as the house was not ready at 3 pm, so we had to wait until 5 pm to have it clean. Furthermore we had to negotiate with the cleaning lady to come everyday as the service said that and to change towels and blankets after two days. Apart from this little issues, everything was resolved inmediately with Moira and Veronica (administrators) and we felt really comfortable. Furthermore, we were allowed to checkout late at 5pm so it was a really good benefit and kindly gesture. I fully recommend this house! I would love to go back there soon!

Perfecta!!!

07 dias perfectos en 08 adultos y 02 niños. No podría haber sido mejor, Moira y Roberto son extremadamente amables. Nos ayudaron con alquiler del autos, toda la información de la casa y sugerencias de qué hacer y dónde ir en Bariloche. La casa es increíble, mucho mejor que se puede ver en las fotos. Muy bien situado en una zona con bares, restaurantes, mercados y entre el Cerro Catedral y la ciudad de Bariloche. La casa está totalmente adaptado para el invierno, con el suelo de todos los ambientes con calefacción y todo funciona perfectamente. Nos sentimos como en casa y esperamos volver pronto. MUY BUEN DESCANSO

Estuvimos alojados en esta propiedad la semana de fin de año. Fue una semana estupenda ya que el clima ayudo un monton y el estar toda la familia reunida nos hizo muy felices. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias increibles, una cancha de golf de primera categoria y el propietario , se preocupa por que uno la pase bien. Es una casa muy comoda y si uno busca descansar y pasar buenos momentos es la indicada ya que estas lejos del bullicio de la ciudad y en un entorno hermoso, que solo la zona de el sur Argentino lo tiene. Recomiendo totalmente esta propiedad, y a Moira que es muy amable en sus indicaciones para mejorar la estancia.

Roberto, además de agradecer tu hospitalidad, no quiero dejar pasar esta oportunidad para comentar nuestra experiencia durante los cuatro días que nos alojamos en tu casa. El lugar es único, las vistas indescriptibles y el confort de cada uno de los ambientes hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Fantastic Stay!

It is hard to say enough nice things about this house and Arelauqen. And Roberto could not have been better to work with. After the long travel from the United States to Bariloche - we were elated to find this house even better than the pictures and description. It comfortably housed our family of six plus the nanny. The layout of the house is both relaxing and beautiful. It is decorated with a great sense of style - the one downstairs bedroom and bath housed our nanny while the kids and parents stayed upstairs in the three different bedrooms. The TV room also worked well for watching the World Cup during our stay. Arelauquen is a beautiful place and very kid friendly. The house is located on the 6th hole and several times we walked to the clubhouse for lunch and I played the course a number of times. We also spent several evenings dining at the main club house up near the polo fields. We made friends with some of the other families living in Arelauqeun and even hosted an asado. Everything in the house worked very well for hosting. Roberto was also kind enough to buy a 'pack n play' crib prior to our arrival so the baby had a safe place to sleep. We will definitely be returning to this house. Thank you Roberto!

Perfect Christmas Retreat

Arriving in Bariloche we were blown away by the scenic landscapes on offer. When we arrived at this residence there was an immediate affection to the open setting of the downstairs floor and the homely feeling to the upstairs bedrooms. The golf course, backed with snow capped mountains meant we spent a lot of time on the back verandah enjoying each other's company. We were a family of 9 and spent 4 nights here over Christmas. It was the perfect retreat an had plenty of space for individuals to have time to themselves or for the whole family to come together as one. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Maginificent stay!

The house is called "Alhue", and it is a beautiful, cozy home with all the amenities one could imagine. The view to the golf field is fantastic, and the furniture was carefully chosen to build a homy and relaxing atmosphere. I would stay here again!

Best place in Bariloche

I've been many times in Bariloche, and this was the best place were I've ever stayed there, the house is comfortable and very nice decorated. Arelauquen Golf and Polo Country Club is the Patagonia paradise, amazing sightseeings through the 4 cardinal points. Don't miss it!!!! Beautiful place for a ski week.

It's a perfect place to stay in Bariloche because it has a club-house, golf and lots of places inside, with all the security of a country club and it's in half the way to the ski resort and to the city.
